By default, the Chain Lightning loses 10% of its damage with every bounce. I dont think Icefrog changed this. However, I can be sure that it deals 140 magic damage on the FIRST hit

It seems the harpies spawn quite rarely. Playing for several times I noticed that they only spawn on 1 spot on each side (total 2 camps). Furthermore it also seems that they like to spawn on the same spot as well. Has anyone else noticed this?
I want 3 harpies for Chen. Make it a 300-plus damage nuke from the skies

The Harpies then must take the place of easy level 2-3 creeps, namely the ghost and kobold Camp .
I mention of camps 3 and 10 here:-
The harpies emerge in two of these then?

They're part of the "small" neut camp, which is only 1 a side... duhhhh??

Chilling Touch:
================
Releases a gust of cold wind at a target area, enchanting allied heroes with bonus magical damage on their attacks. Lasts for a limited number of attacks up to a maximum of 40 seconds. While the enchanted heroes have this chilling touch, their attack speed is reduced by 15%.
So... Does it mean when you're affected with this buff you can hit enemies even they turn on ghost scepter?

It says "bonus magical damage" which means you need to land the normal physical attacks to have this bonus, and hence no use against Ghost Scepter. Just wait till the Scepter buff is over and use this, its got a 40 sec buff time anyway!

The harpies are quite weak and their nuke dont do that much damage unless you have 4 of them with Chen
I would rather control a group of Ursa bears and perma-slow the enemy instead

The violet harpy has chain lightning that deal 140 magic damage and decreases each bounce 3 bounces the casting range is really long like 1000 casting range. 1000 is just estimation i used it on a single player game.

I would think that Slar can counter Slark...but his jump debuffs the amped damage...And a constant 522 ms is sorta rigged...I don't like him because he's a bully haha.

Its not a constant 522 when you can see him making amplify damage, track counter his ulti but still his stats stealing is still a problem.
