Ever tried Gondar? Clinks? Riki is good... now choose any of those 3 and I'll give you both the tactic and the lineup. To be patient before executing an attack only means you got to be unseen before you gank. ^^

Ever checked this out? from the tool itself?

http://www.dotastrategy.com/strategy-725-BountyHuntertheUltimateHeroKiller.html

The lane you should pick in sentinel will be the lower lane.
For Scourge get the upper lane. Those lanes gives you enough space to gank both the current lane and the mid lane.

About the harrass... should it be actually the opposite? Just get a decent mana regen, max out shuriken toss and wind walk you won't be harrassed, but you're the one that would be harrassing.

Yawn... before I go to sleep... this is what I got to say of my own gondar build...

Power Threads - atkspd & ms
BattleFury - hp regen to stay in the lane longer, mana regen to spam windwalk and shuriken, damage to amplify crit
BKB - best item before you dive in an enemy especially during they nuke and cast spells
Sange & Yasha - intermediate item for increased ms, atkspd, hp, and a maim.

for the last 2 slots any damage equips... Most prefferably 2 MKB's

The good thing about gondar, before the duration of your wind walk ends, it has already cooled down. ^^ so I don't think you would be harrassed.

Be a very good farmer, either by creep kills or hero kills... that's the only way to own in late games. ^^

Advantages: Hard to kill, fearsome harrasser and ganker, abusive wind walk tactic/shuriken spam tactic, and quick killer at late game (can kill approx 3-6 seconds at complete equips).
Disadvantages: Low starting HP, vulnerable to disablers (except when BKB), easily harrassed when overpowered by items.

yeah gondar is realy good in killing, but if you REALLY want to be a killer and dont want to be harrased easily i suggest you use bloodseeker because of his 2nd and 3rd skills, bloodbath gives great regen and bloodthirst is great for chasing enemies

bloodbath isn't regen, it's like instant HP. yes bloodseeker is a good idea, as well as viper and axe! when you use axe, you can go tanker-killer type! or ursa warrior! the more tankish you are, the more deadlier you will be!

i really love DPS heroes w/ blessings of being a tank at the same time!
