i don't care... i can't vote yet so i don't care if there are just 12 or 50 million or whatever...
FYI., that 13-0 was a real political add used by the 'oposition' (not sure) on the previous senatorial election.!

if you want the real meaning/names that goes with those letters i can give them to you, no sweat., i can still remember them all... you're the numbnut.!!!! wahahahahahha.!!!!
