Nodoka Windblade == Blade Mistress

Story
“For years I have been plagued by the deaths of my family. One by one, they were slain by the merciless undead. What are they anyway? Maybe they’re just numb entities who kill for their personal pleasure. The only one that was left with me was my love. But fate was cruel, he too, was taken away from me. All I have left from him are his swords. If my destiny is meant to be like this, then I no longer have a purpose to walk this earth. No! I will not falter! With these blades, I will avenge the deaths of the ones I loved. With his swords as his memories, I will vanquish the undead! Forget about what they are, all that matters now, is that they falter by my hands!”

Spells and Skills

RAZOR WIND
The Blade Mistress slashes the air unleashing a blast of wind that cuts and pierces deep at her enemy.
Level 1= 100 damage, 400 range.
Level 2= 160 damage, 500 range.
Level 3= 220 damage, 600 range.
Level 4= 280 damage, 700 range.
MANACOST: 75/95/115/135
COOLDOWN: 20/20/10/10 seconds.
NOTE: Casting range increases every level.

Blade Barrier
The Blade Mistress wields her blade so skillfully that she can block an attack with it.
Level 1= 20% chance to block 30% of the damage.
Level 2= 20% chance to block 35% of the damage.
Level 3= 20% chance to block 40% of the damage.
Level 4= 20% chance to block 45% of the damage. 8% chance to block an attack.
Passive
NOTE: Blade Barrier can only block damage from the unit that the Blade mistress attacks.

Gale Blades
The Blade Mistress’ attacks are escorted with winds that damage her nearby enemies.
Level 1= 120 range, 20% damage.
Level 2= 180 range, 20% damage.
Level 3= 240 range, 35% damage.
Level 4= 300 range, 35% damage.
Passive
NOTE: Units within the given range will take the stated reduced damage when the Blade Mistress attacks. If the Blade Mistress has an Orb Effect item, only the original target will be affected by the Orb Effect. Gale Blades affects only units in front of the caster.

Kamikaze Blade
The Blade Mistress attacks so fast that she damages her target with blasts of wind from the swings of her swords.
Level 1= 10% increased attack speed, 3 second duration.
Level 2= 17.5% increased attack speed, 4 second duration.
Level 3= 25% increased attack speed, 5 second duration.
MANACOST: 100/250/400
COOLDOWN: 240/160/80 seconds.
NOTE: When the Blade Mistress uses this skill, the range and damage of her attacks depend on the level of her Razor Wind spell, thus, her attacks become ranged. If she hasn’t learned Razor Wind yet, this spell will only give her increased attack speed for a certain time. When she attacks after casting this spell, units in front of her at melee range will take 20% more damage. Orb effects are disabled during this spell’s duration. Units under Spell-Immunity will take only 10% of the original damage.

Skill Build
Any as long as possible.

Recommended Items
Butterfly, Vanguard, Buriza-do kyanon/Crystalis, Any armor, Any HP/ Mana regen item, Any attack speed-increasing item.

Best Allies
Yurnero, Razor, Ogre Magi, Axe/Leviathan

Worst Enemies
Stunners, Disablers.

seems pretty cool, i like the swordsman kind of hero, her ulti attack speed could be a tad faster? 10 and 25 isnt much
but otherwise, cool hero with interesting abilities

@ krocka1020, her ulti gives only little attack speed since her damage becomes the damage of her Razor Wind spell, giving her powerful ranged attacks for short time.

cool story nice hero I think ult need to be buffed up alot or make it super cheap as it is with short cool down

If she has Level 4 Razor Wind and Level 3 Kamikaze Slash, she activates ultimate, her every attack will deal 280 damage at 700 range for 5 seconds.
