No new Weaver Strategies?

I can't do any new Weaver strategies..
But a I think the current ones aren't that good, I'd like to do one by myself..
But I can't select Anub'seran.
I don't think that was intended?

Because the Weaver strategies are more than enough, that's why you can't make another. I think the mods will remove some strats that aren't really good...
