Story: Rain Zero the Desperado his the Brother of Hate that was purely enhance by the power of guns this hero can use massive force in its weaponries because of Hate's Blessings. Rain Zero can Learn Shinketsu, Jyuken Force, Bless, Absolute Zero.

Agility: 23 + 2.3
Intelligence: 12 + 1.2

Skill:

Shinketsu

Rain Zero can release random bullets from its body dealing 20/25/30/35 damage each. Rain Zero releases 3-5/4-6/5-7/6-8Bullets within 250/300/350/400AOE near Rain Zero.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1 Deals 20 damage each/ 3-5 bullets released within 250AOE
Level.2 Deals 25 damage each/ 4-6 bullets released within 300AOE
Level.3 Deals 30 damage each/ 5-7 bullets released within 350AOE
Level.4 Deals 35 damage each/ 6-7 bullets released within 400AOE
Mana Cost: 110/130/150/170
Cooldown: 25/21/17/13
Range: Self within 250/300/350/400AOE RANGE
FrameWork: Rain Zero releases bullets in random Areas in the AOE. [Projectile Dwarven Sniper's Assasinate]

Bless

Rain Zero's attack speed will be halved but gains 50/60/70/80 Bonus Damage for 5/6/7/8seconds.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1 Bonus Damage of 50 for 5seconds[ASPD HALVED]
Level.2 Bonus Damage of 60 for 6seconds[ASPD HALVED]
Level.3 Bonus Damage of 70 for 7seconds[ASPD HALVED]
Level.4 Bonus Damage of 80 for 8seconds[ASPD HALVED]
Mana Cost: 50/75/100/125
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15
Range: Targeting Self
FrameWork: Rain Zero will have a burning aura while under the effect same as Ignite of Ogre Magi

Jyuken Force

Rain Zero learned a special ability from Hate allowing him to attack 1.75x/2.25x/2.75x/3.35x of its normal damage for 5%/6%/7%/8%chance and gains 25/50/75/100bonus attack range.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1 5% chance to deal 1.75x normal damage/Bonus Range of 25
Level.2 6% chance to deal 2.25x normal damage/Bonus Range of 50
Level.3 7% chance to deal 2.75x normal damage/Bonus Range of 75
Level.4 8% chance to deal 3.25x normal damage/Bonus Range of 100
[Passive Self Ability]
FrameWork: Rain Zero's suit turns transparent

Ultimate Skill
Absolute Zero

Rain Zero gained a devastating ability from Hate this ability holds the movement of the targeted Hero and deals 125/150/175damage per second for 3/4/5seconds.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1 Deals 125 damage per second and stops the movement of the target for 3seconds
Level.2 Deals 150 damage per second and stops the movement of the target for 4seconds
Level.3 Deals 175 damage per second and stops the movement of the target for 5seconds
Mana Cost: 200/400/600
Cooldown: 150/120/90seconds
Range: 600
FrameWork: Rain Zero releases an Icicle Bullet and strikes the target and when it hits the target becomes frozen and unable to attack while under the effect

Synergy not yet ready wait for further enhancements

Nice thinking man
That Bless Thing is pretty good early game.
Nice combination with the passive ability.
The ulti i guess is very most expensive but definitly gives a kill. Lessen the cooldown.
Anyway, it's cool.

AND BTW WHO NIDS REXAR IF U HAVE THIS KIND OF GUY . GUD FOR SET UPS AND A LOT OF ABILITIES THAT WILL MAKE THE GAME MUCH MORE ADVANCE...
