Name: Gate The Maverick

Story: Gate a Maverick that once merged with the power of Shuu Shirakawa but he got betrayed by Shuu and now he joined the Sentinel to help them Defeat Shuu and the Lich King. Gate can learn Perma Frost, Maverick's Touch, Hidden Frost Dragon, Destruction Frost.

Agility: 12 + 1.2
Intelligence: 23 + 2.3

Skill:

Perma Frost

Gate releases a destructive icicle Blast that deals 100 initial damage and 10/20/30/40 damage per second for 5seconds.
Slows Movementspeed of the target by 50%.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: Deals 100 initial damage and 10 damage per sec
Level.2: Deals 100 initial damage and 20 damage per sec
Level.3: Deals 100 initial damage and 30 damage per sec
Level.4: Deals 100 initial damage and 40 damage per sec
Mana Cost: 125/135/145/155
Cooldown: 25/23/21/19
Casting Range: 500/600/700/800
Frame Work: The target will be blasted by an Icicle Blast that explode after it hits

Maverick's Touch

This ability grants Gate 10%/12%/14%/16% chance to deal 1%/2%/3%/4% of his max mana pool into bonus damage when attacking.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: 10% chance to deal 1% of Gate's max mana pool
Level.2: 12% chance to deal 2% of Gate's max mana pool
Level.3: 14% chance to deal 3% of Gate's max mana pool
Level.4: 16% chance to deal 4% of Gate's max mana pool

[Attack Modifier Doesnt Stack with other attack modifying items]

Hidden Frost Dragon

This ability grants Gate to temporarily return an attack directly targeted to him, can return 2/3/4/5 attacks to the attacker deals 50%/60%/70%/80% damage in addition this ability grants Gate 6%/12%/18%/24% slow to the attacker for 6 seconds. [This ability doesnt return spell damage]

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: Returns 2 attacks dealing 50% damage and slows the attacker by 6%
Level.2: Returns 3 attacks dealing 60% damage and slows the attacker by 12%
Level.3: Returns 4 attacks dealing 70% damage and slows the attacker by 18%
Level.4: Returns 5 attacks dealing 80% damage and slows the attacker by 24%
Mana Cost: 100/125/150/175
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15
Casting Range: Self
Frame Work: Gate will have an Icicle Wing that proves he is under the effect and when the effect strikes a Frost Wyrm appears and strikes the attacker

Destruction Frost

This ability releases a massive freezing blast that crushes its path dealing 300/450/600 damage to all units in path and slows them by 60%/75%/90% for 6 seconds.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: Deals 300 damage and slows units in path by 60% for 6seconds
Level.2: Deals 450 damage and slows units in path by 75% for 6seconds
Level.3: Deals 600 damage and slows units in path by 90% for 6seconds
Mana Cost: 250/350/450
Cooldown: 200/150/100
Casting Range: 600/700/800
Frame Work: The path targeted by this skill becomes Freezed and meltsdown every second

Hmmmmm..... I thought Gate was evil..... Coz his anti-Zero.... That's why I hate him..... He should be on the Scourge's side Coz I'll make a Zero hero....

1st skill = Kinda IMBA for a first skill.... 100 + 40 x 5 = 300 damage + slow....

2nd skill = just like critical strike.....

3rd skil = HOLY MAMA VERY IMBA!!! Get 2 blademails and all your problems are gone....

4th skill = Ice path with damage.... Big deal...

Overall score 6.7/10.....

Perma Frost - Overpowered.. How about

Lvl 4 - deals 200 damage and 50% slow for 5 sec

Hidden Frost Dragon - Overpowered... lower Damage..

Destruction Post Kinda IMba..
