Name: Fou-Lu The Astral
Affiliation: Sentinel
Story: Fou-Lu a very agile hero that serves the Sentinel he was once helped by Shuu Shirakawa of the Scourge that have betrayed him for some reasons in anyway Fou-Lu learned a way to defeat Shuu Shirakawa by helping the Sentinel defeat the Scourge which Shuu Shirakawa have joined. Fou-Lu can learn Ryu-ken, Synergy, Defensive Reverse, Astral Slash.

Damage: 50-58
Range: MELEE
Strength: 16 + 1.4
Agility: 23 + 2.3
Intelligence: 12+ 1.2

Skill:

Ryu-ken

This ability allows Fou-Lu to randomized an effect this ability can slow the targets movementspeed by 40% or reduce its Base Damage by 40% or damage it by 100/150/200/250 instantly or reduce its Base Armor by 3/4/5/6 special effects last for 5/6/7/8seconds.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: Randomized damage of 100 Base Armor reduction of 3
Level.2: Randomized damage of 150 Base Armor reduction of 4
Level.3: Randomized damage of 200 Base Armor reduction of 5
Level.4: Randomized damage of 250 Base Armor reduction of 6.
Mana Cost: 90/120/150/180
Cooldown: 25/20/15/10
Casting Range: Melee
Frame Work: If the target recieves the slow effect its become slowed and temporarily purged while under the effect of Base Damage reduction its burns and when recieved a Damage of this skill it explodes and when Reduce on its base Armor it will have a Status of a Armor Pierced

Synergy

This ability debilates a destructive attack that crushes the targets mind dealing 15%/20%/25%/30% Max Mana Pool of the target and stuns it for 1/1.50/2/2.50seconds.

Effecst Per Level:
Level.1: Deals 15% Max Mana Pool of the target and stuns it for 1 seconds
Level.2: Deals 20% Max Mana Pool of the target and stuns it for 1.50seconds
Level.3: Deals 25% Max Mana Pool of the target and stuns it for 2seconds
Level.4: Deals 30% Max Mana Pool of the target and stuns it for 2.50seconds
Mana Cost: 130/160/190/220
Cooldown: 50/45/40/35
Casting Range: 600
Frame Work: The target will be crushed by a destructive Lightning Orb

Defensive Reverse

This ability greatly reduces the base armor of the targeted enemy hero unit reducing its base armor by 5/6/7/8 for 6/7/8/9 seconds.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: Reduces 5 base armor for 6seconds
Level.2: Reduces 6 base armor for 7seconds
Level.3: Reduces 7 base armor for 8seconds
Level.4: Reduces 8 base armor for 9seconds
Mana Cost: 100/125/150/175
Cooldown: 40/35/30/25
Casting Range: 500
Frame Work: The target ignites while under the effect and after the effect comes off the target explode with a darkened effect

Astral Slash

This ability strikes the target with a heavy crushing wind that penetrates its head dealing 400/450/500 damage and slows its attackspeed by 75%/85%/95% for 4/5/6seconds.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: Deals 400 damage and slows the target's attackspeed for 4 seconds
Level.2: Deals 450 damage and slows the target's attackspeed for 5 secodns
Level.3: Deals 500 damage and slows the target's attackspeed for 6 seconds
Mana Cost: 250/350/450
Cooldown: 150/125/100
Casting Range: MELEE
Frame Work: The target will be pushed back and will recieve a cyclone attack coming from Fou-Lu

All I can say about this hero is.... Pure Imbaness with sugar on top!!

1st skill = more powerful than Slardar's amplify damage!!
2nd skill = Stun and damage...... good enough....
3rd skill = just a normal armor reduction....
4th skill = slows attackspeed for 95% plus it receives pure evil damage of 500!!! Imba!!

Better change some of its skills, but on the same time it's a good nuker like lina, but with a stun!! 7.7/10
