IP and Ping for server.....HELP!!!!

Can anyone tell me how can I ping the players?????And how to show the IP information (IT,CZ,SLO...)..... Hysterical

Ping is the connection between few things(don't remebmer what...XD)The lower the ping the better the game with no lags..
