Clinkz on fire

How did they make clinkz on fire? I would like a flaming skeleton archer in my map.Did they make the model/skin by themselves or where could i dl it?

Hmm.Why don't you try the world editor.There should be an option like that...Try it!

I tried adding an ability which name was On Fire but it did nothing. Where should the option be?

dota-allstars.com can give you better results. ask garfield, he's pretty much helpful when talking about the world editor, or fwii~.
