You could use Anub'arak, Ezalor, Medusa, Magina, Azwraith, and Slithice.
Ezalor - Mana leak
Medusa - Purge
Anub'arak - Mana burn
Magina - Mana break
Azwraith, Slithice - Put Diffusal Blade/Manta Style

Purge deals 600 damage to summoned units, thet includes Demnok's Infernal. Demnok is mana-dependent, so burn his mana off.

Uh, or you could just go for him directly. Personally, against his kind, i go phantom assassin. Rikimaru is also great.
