plz get his on hero ideas

Damage: 35 - 45 | HP: 492 | Mana: 377
HP Regen: 0.79 | Mana Regen: 1.17
Attack Speed: 236 | Armor: 5

When he was young, he freeze a cup full of water. His parents fear he may do more evil then good send him away. Lich King sensed a power that is around the same as him so he capture this boy to fulfill the scrouge wishes. Now he follows his new master and would do anything to fulfill it.

When Mikel feel angered even the god does not dare not to obey him.He summon a ferocious hail at 400aoe
Level 1 - damage 20 per wave for 5 waves and slow units for 5 sec
Level 2 - damage 30 per wave for 6 waves and slow units for 5 sec
Level 3 - damage 40 per wave for 7 waves and slow units for 5 sec
Level 4 - damage 50 per wave for 8 waves and slow units for 5 sec
Mana Cost: 80/90/100/110
Cooldown: 10
Framework: like blizzard from original warcraft
Notes: This is a good farming skill and also to slow heroes down

[Edit] Ice Case (c)
Mikel can lock a unit in position for a few sec but no units can touch it
Level 1 - damage 10 per sec for 10 sec
Level 2 - damage 10 per sec for 15 sec
Level 3 - damage 10 per sec for 20 sec
Level 4 - damage 15 per sec for 20 sec
Mana Cost: 150/160/170/180
Cooldown: 30
Framework: A number of ice pillar surround the targeted unit
Notes: can be use to prevent ksing haha

[Edit] Ice Mirror (r)
Mikel can encase any one even himself inside a case and dissapear into thin air after a while.Encased unit cant move
Level 1 - encase for 4s before teleporting any enemy which hit him will be slowed for 2s
Level 2 - encase for 3s before teleporting any enemy which hit him will be slowed for 2s
Level 3 - encase for 2s before teleporting any enemy which hit him will be slowed for 2s
Level 4 - encase for 1s before teleporting any enemy which hit him will be slowed for 2s
Mana Cost: 160/175/190/205
Cooldown: 120/90/60/30
Framework: unit is encased in ice for a few sec
Notes: can save ur allies or ur own skin

[Edit] The Ultimate Power of Ice (t)
When Mikel reaches to the peak of his power no one will be able to stop him.Last 30s for all levels. Orb effects
Level 1 - gets temporary frost attack which slow enemy down and extra 50 damage also damage 300 aoe units for 40 damage per sec
Level 2 - gets temporary frost attack which slow enemy down and extra 60 damage also damage 300 aoe units for 50 damage per sec
Level 3 - gets temporary frost attack which slow enemy down and extra 70 damage also damage 300 aoe units for 60 damage per sec
Mana Cost: 175/200/225
Cooldown: 90
Framework: a little like crystal maiden frezzing field but without freeze frost attack is like eye of skadi
Notes: This is what you will be waiting for no hero will be able to survive such attack

and this two skill could give u first blood in early game.

This hero just need some mana item and damage and he could rule the game

Remember to use ice mirror to save ur friends

Best enemies to fight

this hero has little hp and his invi is nothing once u case him up or use ulti

Worst enemies

All those mana sucking hero no mana equal 0 kills

Best allies

those which can slow the enemy or better stun

Anyway this is just my second idea my first was not posted but never mind i still hope this will be posted

I made a drawing of this hero in my sketchbook haha

i have waited for this hero to be posted for like 3weeks but i dont know why it is not in hero ideas. Sad

Your last skill is Ovepowered..

How about deals 60 damage per second last 20sec??

a nice hero... reminds me of "Haku" in Naruto xD ahohoho
and it also got a brilliant skill too ^_^ but i dont see any skill synergie ^_^ or does he have?
