DotA versions - a few questions

I would like to ask a few questions here, I hope you will kindly answer these:

1. In the DotA version 6.43b, I noticed that after using Primal Roar by Rexxar which pushes creeps aside, creeps that are pushed aside into another area and not in the lane will just stay at the same spot. Is this a bug?

2. Does anyone notice how quick the Insane AI in the same version levels up? Its not that I cant handle but I just want to know whether the Insane AI in other versions level up just as fast as the Insane AI in 6.43b.

3. Can anyone help me to find a link to download the DotA 6.44 map pls? Preferably with AI pls.

1] Nope. Not really. They just veer off from their waypoint and get lost. So they just stay. Also happens when you use Boots of Travel on a creep

2] Type -ne for Normal Exp

3] No AI for 6.44 yet.
