Keybindings

Sorry about the newbie question, tried to find the search but.. couldn't find a link for some reason : /, anyway I am stuck always clicking my abilities and not always dieing, I have been told theres a way to make a keybinding but mine always do not show up, could anyone direct me on how to enable key bindings

i heard of it but i forgot where it can be downloaded...
you can change your numlock shortcut keys to Q,W,E etc.
