lol, it deals damage per second IIRC it's 200 damage per second with aghanims

here's an example

leshrac goes near an enemy, then activates his ulti (it's only on/off thing) also I think it costs 135 mana to activate, then while it's on, it drains 40-60 mana per second and deal 200 damage per second all enemies near leshrac

Ya and it's spell damage and it's disabled when leshrak is silenced or ww using lothar.

Its damage nearbary units with 120dmg when activated.

Well think about it like this: its like a radiance on HEAVY steroids!!!
Although it has a little less AoE i think....
The only things you have to focus with this guy are survivability and mana regen.
Once your mana regen gets high you can pretty much leave the nova on a very long time, maybe permanently but only after you get really powerful
