whenever i make a game no1 comes. the gn is fine and people can join but they never do. then i rf and see a game that just popped up with practically identical gn and its always full. wtf is going on? i am so sick of this bs. i see no reason whatsoever why my game would be dead-empty and then some1 makes a game and like 5 ppl join at the same time when its the same game i just made 10 seconds ago and got zero players. and this has happened to me every single time i tried to make a game with maybe 1 exception so im not exaggerating at all.

you most likely cant host. do a search for IP forwarding, or look at blizzard.com and go to help with warcraft 3. I can not host aswell.

i can host, i have before and people occasionaly do come in now and then so i know its not that.

also let me make it a little more clear:

imagine the following happens to you:

you go to custom games and check for an ap game...there is none. so you go make one and call it DotA 644b ushost -ap 5v5. then you create game. no1 joins. its completely empty. you wait and not 1 person comes. you might as well rm but u say whatever ill rf. you rf all slots and no1 comes. you quit. you go back to custom games and rf ...no ap games. you rf again as soon as you can and see an ap game with the same gn as yours pretty much. it must have just been made. you go in. its half full and the second you join 4 ppl join at the same time.

is that clear enough>?

can some1 explain the phenomenon to me? cause this is exactly what happens when i host.
