Story: Wrath, agony, sorrow, hatred, and pain. The perfect ingredients to create the weapon that will bring mass destruction on the Earth's surface. Vale Gouger was this weapon. The perfect destroyer that will lay siege and destruction upon the land. The great devourer of the world's equilibrium. A monster of pure fire and darkness, Vale Gouger is the perfect monster that will drain the soul of every living thing upon its wake. His immeasurable strength makes him a formidable opponent, for every blow he makes sends the receiver to the brink of it's life. He can call upon a massive fire strom that will easily eliminate humanity. A monster of such brute force like Vale Gouger is a force to be reckoned with, for he can call upon the help of the demons underground, known as the hell, to constrict the receiver's body to death. Not much is known about the history of this monster, for the ones who met this creature never lived to tell the tale...

Strength - 24 + 2.7
Agility - 14 + 1.3
Intelligence - 17 + 1.7

Fist of Flame
•Because he is made of pure flame, every strike hemakes his inflict more pain every second. Effect last 14 seconds.

Level 1 - Deals 7 damage per second.
Level 2 - Deals 9 damage per second.
Level 3 - Deals 11 damage per second.
Level 4 - Deals 13 damage per second.

Passive

Fire Storm
•Vale is able to call upon a storm of fire, damaging all units within 275 AoE.

Level 1 - Calls upon 2 waves of fire bolts, dealing 25 damage each.
Level 2 - Calls upon 3 waves of fire bolts, dealing 40 damage each.
Level 3 - Calls upon 4 waves of fire bolts, dealing 55 damage each.
Level 4 - Calls upon 5 waves of fire bolts, dealing 70 damage each.

Manacosts: 75/100/125/150
Cooldown: 17 seconds.

Shatter
•Every blow he sends is so powerful that it has a chance to break a unit's armor, making every attack more painful than ever. Effect last 7 seconds.

Level 1 - Has 6% chance.
Level 2 - Has 9% chance.
Level 3 - Has 12% chance.
Level 4 - Has 15% chance.

Passive

Hell's Fury
•By combining both fire and darkness energies, he is able to summon a devastating hand from the depths of the hell, which constricts the receiver's body until death. Any unit caught by this spell cannot move for 4 seconds, making it vulnerable to every attacks. If the spell is finished, the unit will be marked by this skill, receiving damage every second and gains sight of that unit. Effect last 12 seconds.

Level 1 - Deals 65 damage per second. The unit marked by this skill will receive 10 damage per second.
Level 2 - Deals 75 damage per second. The unit marked by this skill will receive 20 damage per second.
Level 3 - Deals 85 damage per second. The unit marked by this skill will receive 30 damage per second.

Mana cost: 230/270/310
Cooldown: 210/18/150

1st skill = Like poison sting.
2nd skill = Like rain of fire.
3rd skill = A passive version of amplify damage.
4th skill = Combination of fiend's grip, doom but with low DPS, and track.

hhmmmm... very nice hero .. but make the 1st skill 5/10/15/20 damage per second for 6 seconds ... for me that would be better

1st skill: okay i guess
2nd skill: good skill
3rd skill: very nice skill if this is a fast attacker
4th skill: one word ... Scary

overall 9/10
