Story: One of the 9 Maidens Order, Luminus is the most famous valkyrie among all of them because of her gold-colored hair and being able to strike heavily with the powers alike the storms. Her herald is also a symbol that he is a massive force to be reckoned with. Her angel-like looks maybe deceptive but this is the one thing that may tell that she is as silent as the wind yet deadly as a viper. Storm clouds arise from the sky from her every awakening. Her hammer is her mighty ally for every combat, for it uses the powers of the storms to vanquish her hated enemies. This is the reason why she is called "the Omen of Tempest", for the name "Tempest", means "Violent Storm".

Storm Basher
•Her hammer was forged from the might of the storms, enabling her to use the power of thunder and lightning. Her every attack summons a power lightning from the heaven to strike the unit with deadly force. Enemy units that is stroke by the lightning deals damage over time. If the enemy unit dies while the effect is still active, it unleashes an explosion that contains massive force of electricity that deals damage to enemy units around the explosion. Has 12% chance to cast. Last 14 seconds.

Level 1 - Deals 5 damage per second. Deals 40 damage for the explosion. 175 AoE.
Level 2 - Deals 10 damage per second. Deals 70 damage for the explosion. 200 AoE.
Level 3 - Deals 15 damage per second. Deals 100 damage for the explosion. 225 AoE.
Level 4 - Deals 20 damage per second. Deals 130 damage for the explosion. 250 AoE.

Passive

Mark of the Storm
•Marks a unit with the Symbol of the Storms. Enemy units casted by this skill forms a shield of electricity around, dealing damage per second to units around it. Last 25 seconds. Has 16 AoE.

Level 1 - Deals 25 damage per second.
Level 2 - Deals 35 damage per second.
Level 3 - Deals 45 damage per second.
Level 4 - Deals 55 damage per second.

Mana Cost: 100/115/130/145
Cooldown: 20 seconds.

Herald of Estoile
•The herald she wields protects him at any kinds of danger. While activated, continously drains mana over time.

Level 1 - Adds +2 armor and 2 hit points per second regeneration.
Level 2 - Adds +4 armor and 4 hit points per second regeneration.
Level 3 - Adds +6 armor and 6 hit points per second regeneration.
Level 4 - Adds +8 armor and 8 hit points per second regeneration.

Mana Cost: 25/40/55/70
Cooldown: N/A

Valkyrie's Wrath
•Luminus condences her anger and wrath into a blue orb and converts it into a powerful lightning attack that deals massive damage to a target unit. Enemy units stroke by this skill has a chance to cast chain lightning that only affects its nearby allies. Chain lightning bounces 5 times.

Level 1 - Deals 250 damage in a line. Chain lightning deals damage equivalent to the half of the attack's damage.
Level 2 - Deals 400 damage in a line. Chain lightning deals damage equivalent to the half of the attack's damage.
Level 3 - Deals 650 damage in a line. Chain lightning deals damage equivalent to the half of the attack's damage.

Mana Cost: 250/355/500
Cooldown: 180/160/140

mmmm..... deals 35 damage per second ? for 14 seconds ??? IMBA !!

35 X 14 = 490 damage !! ouch !

and its PASSIVE !? and also each strike ... means u like damage 490 each hit after 14 seconds ... very very imba for me ..

make it like 150 AoE ....

@dark_star27, WAAAA!! I TOTALLY FORGOT THE PERCENT CHANCE!! I'll change it for you to get a rate of 10/10. And I got the idea of the second skill from the shaman's Lightning shield. It's really 16 AoE. Find out urself, look at Lightning Shield's concept:

So, its a dude or a chick? Half of your description says HE/HIS/ETC, then rest says SHE/HER/ETC.

So many other typos too. Otherwise with above suggested changed I like it.
