razor,sandking,techies,etc(there are a lot)....

you can out tank him(riwgawl,dk)
used high dps ranged(troll,viper)
or just really high damage things(epicenter, remote mines, nerco's ulti etc...)

I really wonder how about using Terrorblade? Sunder can be really effective to kill Centaur. Another is also Necrolyte. Reaper's Scythe can take a massive chunk out of Bradwarden's life. These are a few of the heroes that can do kills to tanks easily, so try and benefit from them as much as possible.

u know what they say if u cant kill him out push him (well in dota at least) and there alot of heroes that can do that try warlock

Yeah, just play wise and you can beat centaur. What I can say is always put linken sphere to counter Double Edge. I always do when I know our enemy is centaur. Double Edge is magic thus Linken blocks it.

most of the times u kill centaur with a great harash from a agi hero and then necrolyte's ulti but in this 1v1 situation i prefer faceless void or slardar as
perma stuners and u can also beat the return damage of the blademail easily with lifesteal such as a MoM...

Defeat centaur with any permabasher or even just Mortred.

Crit! Crit! Crit! ^^,

and Satanic on Mortred with MKB and Radiance with Vanguard.

Centaur cannot take down Mortred, as of what I remembered. ^~,
