Hi, like the topic says, I'm wondering what triggers linken's sphere. Specifically, do things like blink strike or semi-targeted spells like impale, burrowstrike, or dragon slave trigger it?


P.S. I used the search tool and didn't find the answer. Also I couldn't post this question if the title was similar to any existing topic... a big DS bug if you ask me. Hence the l33tspeak title

Linken's Cannot Block:
Nether Swap
Culling Blade
Sunder
Rupture
Last Will [Necronomicon Warrior]
Vicious Nasal Goo
Adaptive strike
Test of Faith
Shadow word
Fatal bonds
Sprout
Ice Path
Nether Strike
Last Word
Dagon
Charge Of Darkness
Death Coil
Astral Imprisonment
Arc Lightning [if it just bounces. If the hero is the main target, it is blocked]


Some stuff:
LVL? Death = Fist damage will be negated, but bonus damage will be dealt.

Eclipse, Malefice, Firebolt and Omnislash = First Lucent beam will be blocked. Malefice's first stun will be the only one blocked. If firebolt is multi-casted, only the first one will be blocked. The first slash of Omnislash will be blocked

Requiem Of Souls, Laser, Gush, Spirit Lance, Elune's Arrow, Mana Void, Poison Touch, Reaper's Scythe = No effect [stun, slow, miss], but the unit will take damage

Just wanna add: impale, etc will trigger linken only if being targeted. If casted on the ground, it goes through linken.

I think that Spectre's Dispersion's mini-stun effect also activates Linken's Sphere, but you do take damage. Am i wrong?

Not sure, but stuns(pasives stuns) activate it, same as axe's 3rd. Skill.

Oh yeah, forget^^ mini stun and critical also activate it IIRC and chain lightning from orb effect too I guess...

Ranged criticals and stuns are the only ones that will be blocked, not melee.
