This is my build for Balanar:
Twin Bashers
Sange and Yasha or Satanic
Power Treads
Some Bracers
Burize

I abuse his attackspeed and boost his damage to get more DPS.

Try to abuse his aspd during the night.
Farmer during the day, hero killer at night.
Remember to use darkness during the night. At level 3, you can use it at least 3 times, extending the night by 240 seconds.

compromise what he have and use item that can help increase his assets power
(life steal, maim, bash eetc)

Mask of Madness is great for balanar!

I faced Dark Terror one time and having the same build
(treads, basher and MoM) guess who won?!

Me, of course! happend at night.. LOL! !

to prolong night time, a refresher orb will really help, since balanar is very good at night. 2 basher is a must too.

No need HoT balanar dosent need that much health as he gt quick kills easy and has high aspd.
