Yes no matter how evil people are, we must still respect them, dead or alive.

As for that, It's either Benoit is the killer or he was somehow "detained" that left another person to kill his family. But however that's unlikely, as he is a wrestler that can fight back. Everyone knows that even if wrestling is scripted or not the Rabid Wolverine is a force to be reckoned with.
