Rheya - Elven Runner







Rheya - The Elven Runner


Make her skin like in the icon please...


Rheya was one of Maiev and Naisha’s comrades. She was trapped and enslaved by the nagas in Nendis. When she tries to escape from slavery, she was caught and was sent to the Lich King. By then, the Lich King removed her elven magic. When Naisha and Maiev reached the Lich King, they saw Rheya imprisoned. Maiev and Naisha later defeated the Lich King and freed Rheya from imprisonment. Now, Rheya is back to the Silvermoon hoping she would retrieve her magic but unfortunately not. So she just blessed by the World Tree a protection and increased power.

Learns Moonfury, Elune’s Grace, Unfair Advantage and Flicker


1. Moonfury (R)



Description: Makes moonlight in a 800 AoE that deals 150 damage. Moonfury grants a pure increase in damage to Rheya for each unit that has been hit by this skill.

Level 1 – Gains + 3 bonus damage to each unit affected by this skill. Lasts 15 seconds
Level 2 – Gains + 5 bonus damage to each unit affected by this skill. Lasts 20 seconds
Level 3 – Gains + 7 bonus damage to each unit affected by this skill. Lasts 25 seconds.
Level 4 – Gains + 8 bonus damage to each unit affected by this skill. Lasts 30 seconds.

Mana Cost: 100/120/140/160
Cool down: 25 / 30 / 35 / 40

Other info:
Framework: The graphics is like when you activated weather moonlight.

2. Elune’s Grace(E)



Description: Reduces the chance Rheya will be hit by melee and ranged attacks for 5 sec.
Level 1 – 25% chance
Level 2 – 35% chance
Level 3 – 45% chance
Level 4 – 55% chance

Mana Cost: 40 / 45 / 50 / 55
Cool down: 30

Other info:
Framework: Rheya will just glow while this skill is still active.

3. Unfair Advantage [Passive]



Description: Whenever Rheya dodge an attack, Rheya gain an unfair advantage, striking back x% of Rheya’s normal attack. This cannot occur more than once per second.

Level 1 – 70% of Rheya’s normal attack + 2 damage.
Level 2 – 80% of Rheya’s normal attack + 5 damage.
Level 3 – 90% of Rheya’s normal attack + 8 damage
Level 4 – 100% of Rheya’s normal attack + 10 damage.

Manacost: N/A
Cooldown: 1.5

Other info:
Notes: For example, a ghoul attack Rheya and suddenly dodged it. Rheya will strike back the ghoul with x% of her normal attack plus additional damage.

4. Flicker [Passive]



Description: An attack that inflicts normal damage plus bonus damage to an enemy and its nearest allies, affecting up to 3 targets and increasing the time between their attacks.
Level 1 - inflicts normal damage plus 15 bonus damage and increasing the time between their attacks by 11%.
Level 2 - inflicts normal damage plus 30 bonus damage and increasing the time between their attacks by 22%.
Level 3 - inflicts normal damage plus 45 bonus damage and increasing the time between their attacks by 33%.

Manacost: N/A
Cooldown : 4 / 7 / 10
Damage type: Pure damage

The story is lore-wise badly incorrect you better change it,
1st skill is far to imba, higher the CD and lower the Damage gain.
2st Skill is a no-no, at level 4 it means you're 10 seconds immume to damage and 5 seconds vurneable, higher the CD, also no need to give her that sub-skill.
3st skill is probaly a syengergy with you're second skill, remove the bonus damage.
Ult Don't make it AoE, and slightly higher the CD.

first of all, i know the story is bad. that's why i said that i need a better story right?

second, i'd already edited my first skill and second skill.. and i'm sorry i'm just new here, what does CD means?

third, i just reduced the bonus damage from that skill

last, my ulti is like strong cleave and i'd reduced it up to 3 targets only but i added more bonus damage.. Very Happy

Its much more balanced now, il look upon it closer when I have more time.

eh no one reading my Twick- gnoll assasin idea? C'mon. Anyways i c that ur guide is abit balanced now but nids more improvements. And about the second skill, pls nerf it. Too imba heroes can barely hit when u have 50% evasion.

Then tell me what i need to improve please to improve my hero... i need your suggestion/comment/feedback...

For the second skill, okay ill reduced it.... Rheya really needs it so that her 3rd skill will work oftentimes.

Ok the 2nd skill looks better now. I think...umm yea u shud remove the bonus damage or lower the bonus damage for ur third skill. make it like 3/6/9/12 instead idk my opinion.

done! only 1.5 cooldown.. it will not synergize well with the second skill if it is 3 second cooldown.

So what do you think overall?
