Twin sons to the great Prophet, Terrorblade and Magina were blessed with divine powers: Terrorblade granted with an unnatural affinity with life forces; Magina gifted with energy manipulation. Magina's eventual overexposure to the magics gradually augmented his elemental resistances and bestowed him the unique ability to move faster than light itself. Now, broken by Terrorblade's fall to the dark side, Magina answers the Sentinel's call in a desperate bid to redeem his brother. Traxex's Silence doesn't stop me from using items, so I can still use the Manta illusions at that point. Additionally, my MS is much higher, so if she's running from me and still taking the time to shoot, I will be able to catch her, and that only prolongs my opportunity to wait out the effects of Silence.

Again, I'm not sure what your last point means -- the one about TPing to chase and being blocked by images?

1033 By Noo=b 2010-01-05

oh yea btw when u tp off to chase u will reveal urself and ur images will be blocked by u and so u pretty much r the same as just getting an iteam with stat gain only...i know this isnt always the case but this is my personal favourite build so no offence maybe i will try out ur build next time

1032 By Noo=b 2010-01-05

@alphine
erm i mean if u were silenced u can never use ur manta since u would be disabled and if u were hit by frost arrows u cant chase and although u have blink once she makes it to a tower u lost ur kill
plus every 5 hits u have a chance that one of them might stun and during that time u would still be hitting them so ur chances of continueing to stun r still there plus when chasing for eg slardar he stun, sprint and by the time u wake up he's gone and images get in each others ways

I hate this hero.

1023: Manta provides much better stat gain than Basher, which is important for all carries. It requires mana, but you only have two active skills anyway, neither of which is mana intensive.

As for the stun, in the time it takes you to procure a bash, I'll have taken down Lion or Rhasta in 3 seconds with the images and a Mana Void.

Manta provides a nice AS boost, good stat gain and highly boosts your killing ability. And I don't get your point about chasing Traxex.

1028 By Noo=b 2010-01-04

and maybe hyperstone to ac if i have way too much cash...

1027 By Noo=b 2010-01-04

my build-
1)power treads (most of the time speed)
boots of speed until i get venguard
2)vanguard replace with heart late game
3)peserverence(cant spell)late bfurry
4)either hyperstone and basher or bfly
5)either hyperstone and basher or bfly
6)either hyperstone and basher or bfly
i know bfurry is weird but i like to get to ring of health at the start because u get so much regen u hardly leave ur lane and like i said earlier hyperstone and basher i use together bfly and heart to make me godlike

oh yea i forgot to mention that bash stun can break channeling spells like lion sucking mana or rashta snaring a weak teamate

1023 By Noo=b 2010-01-03

as nice as manta is it has a 50 secound cooldown plus it cost more and it requires mana wat if u were disabled while chasing drow?and basher is cheaper u can use the extra cash buying hyperstone or bfly because hyper stone increases ur low att speed and increase chance to bash

1022 By Alpine 2009-12-31

It is useless. You have a huge base MS along with a Blink every 5 seconds. You can catch up easily without wasting money on a Basher. This build's much more effective in my opinion:

2 Bracers
Strength Treads
Manta
Vlad's
Butterfly

That improves on your already high base MS, along with having 3 different Mana Breaks. That's 192 mana per illusions and real Magina hit, which will kill a lot faster than without illusions. Thus, Basher's far inferior to Manta's effectiveness and stat gain.

My Build
1) Vlads
2) treads
3) Vanguard
4) MKB/Basher
5) Bfly
6) Buriza

@Alpine
I don't think it is useless. You need it to kill and stop from running.

1020 By Alpine 2009-12-30

Christ...why is it that everyone thinks he needs a basher? He doesn't. No. End of story. Don't get him a Cranium Basher, it's useless.
