in venge i think that you must make items tha tjey destroy enemy's armor like desolator asault and anything else

I hate it when people just farm around rather than push. Even though you're winning you would want to atleast get 1 mega creep to ensure it rather than just farming. Especially if they have a better carry than you. That was the problem with the chinese client i used to play people just waited and farmed if they're winning rather than push one side while the enemies carry farms and lvls up.

She stands a better chance at carrying than a magina. All magina has is the manaburn, higher agi but lower str so it evens out and ulti.

Venge can be a carry as long as the game doesn't last long enough for their carries to get stronger. She has a decent agi gain and great str gain, she has an armor reducing skill and damage aura and something most carries don't have a stun. Plus she gets the advantage of underlvling their carries.

A carry is just a character who carries you to victory an int can do that if you push fast enough.

This is how they usually target people in team battles. Early/mid: nukers/ disablers. Mid-late: dps/disabler it also depends on how many disablers they have how many nukers they have, how soft are the characters and how much of a threat the late game character is.

Zues is always in one of the top to first get killed since he's strong throughout the game and is rather fragile then heroes like troll, pa, riki, slardar, etc. It also depends on the lvls and items but those are always a threat.

But magina is an early-mid game character and if fed then maybe late but he can only match late game heroes if he overlvls and overfarms them. Vlads on magina during early-mid game helps towerdiving. Helps keep him up on 1v1 early on. With vlads on hunters like bloodseeker would have a hard time killing you or any mid game characters.

Also it's situational if you see a venge with vlads you attack her first since she has the two auras and she has a stun which at max could be used twice.

Generally I like the idea of having a supporter getting it if I'm Magina since Vlad's is much more effective late game since it's a percentage based item, and late game is full or team clashes which is where carries will shine when used right.

The rest of the time, since there are less large team battles, the Vlad's on myself seems rather pointless to me. I'd rather have it on a supporter who may get focused less in order to get more benefit. Just my opinion.

for venge i got diffusal,manta,treads and butterfly..really good items..

I actually like to use vlads on magina rather than someone else getting it since they won't always be there for me and maginas build is rather cheap the only expensive item is mkb or bfly after 2 bracers ptreads or phase and a pms.

Good lord. So you're saying that it's better for a pure carry like Magina to waste gold on an item that a supporter like Venge or Chen should get instead?

No, just no. That defies all logic and defeats the purpose of different heroes having different roles. And yes, Venge is a supporter and a ganker, NOT a carry.

Vlads helps chen's creeps stay alive longer and do more damage

You've now shown that you are not a "pro". You get Vlad's on Chen the same reason you get it on Lich or Warlock -- because it's about so much more than melee lifesteal. You're a support hero, so you get support items like Vlad's while allowing carries to farm higher tier items. The Devotion and Brilliance Auras will help your whole team in fights and the lifesteal will help melees.

Plus, Chen uses melee netural creeps, which is another reason Vlad's can help on him.

@345 - You're simply reinforcing his point (and a valid one in my opinion) that Garena level indicates absolutely nothing as to the skill of the player.

slyfe, if someone is lvl 3, and only plays dota, he dont use to be OP, but he could have another acc or played on bnet
