Adept in the manipulation of frost and ice, Rylai is the very image of elegeance and grace. Trained by a renegade wizard deep in the heart of Winterspring, Rylai brings to the Sentinel her prowess in the arts of magic. With a vast arsenal of spells, she wreaks havoc upon her foes - be it with powerful blasts of frost to send them fleeing in panic, or be it by rendering them immobile in ice. Her foes tremble in fear as the ground beneath implodes in mighty novas of frost in a dazzling array, obliterating all who dare oppose her.

Crystal Nova (V)
Blasts enemy units around a target point with a wave of damaging frost that slows movement speed and attack rate for 5 seconds.
Level 1 - 80 damage and chill.
Level 2 - 130 damage and chill.
Level 3 - 180 damage and chill.
Level 4 - 230 damage and chill.
• Damage type: magical
• Will slow the affected units' movespeed by 30% and attack speed by 20%.
• Casting range: 700
• Area of Effect: 400
Mana Cost: 100/120/140/160
Cooldown: 15

Frostbite (E)
Freezes the target in a case of ice, prohibiting movement and attacking. Deals 70 damage per second.
Level 1 - Disables the target and deals 70 damage per second, lasts 1.5 seconds.
Level 2 - Disables the target and deals 70 damage per second, lasts 2 seconds.
Level 3 - Disables the target and deals 70 damage per second, lasts 2.5 seconds.
Level 4 - Disables the target and deals 70 damage per second, lasts 3 seconds.
• Damage type: magical
• Blink- and Metarmophosis-based skills cannot be used while under the effect of Frostbite.
• Lasts 10 seconds on creeps level 5 or lower.
• Casting range: 500
Mana Cost: 115/125/140/150
Cooldown: 10

Brilliance Aura (R)
Gives additional mana regeneration to all friendly units on the entire map.
Level 1 - Adds 0.5 mana regeneration.
Level 2 - Adds 1 mana regeneration.
Level 3 - Adds 1.5 mana regeneration.
Level 4 - Adds 2 mana regeneration.
• Stacks with the Brilliance Aura given by Ring of Basillus.
• The bonus mana regeneration is not considered for percentage mana regeneration increases.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Freezing Field (Z)
Causes many random icy explosions in an area surrounding Rylai. Enemy units in the Freezing Field are slowed. Lasts for 4 seconds.
Level 1 - Each explosion deals 105 (170*) damage.
Level 2 - Each explosion deals 170 (250*) damage.
Level 3 - Each explosion deals 250 (310*) damage.
Mana Cost: 300/400/ 600
Cooldown: 150/120/90
• Area of Effect: 635** / 190***
• (**) Total area of effect of the spell.
• (***) Area of effect of each explosion.
• Damage type: magical
• The slow is applied on all enemy units within an AoE of 635, even if they aren't hit by any explosion (lasts 1 second).
• Every 0.1 seconds one explosion is made, for a total of 40 explosions.
• Aghanim's Scepter improves explosion damage.

My mistake. Number one should read:
NUMBER ONE- THE MANTA STYLE. THIS IS KEY RIGHT HERE. First item for rylai. You start the game off and get stats maxed asp, forget your other skills, you don't need them. Right at the start, you want to farm up 2.1k for an ultimate orb, and then the rest of the manta style. Being rylai, you should have this done 5 minutes into the game.

Behold these 6 items and live by them, as it has been scientifically proven that you can not lose a game with rylai having these items. You just auto win, and the other players cant even disconnect, they have to stay there and take you owning them until you get tired.

NUMBER TWO- RADIANCE. Also key! You need this item to wtf-pwn the other team's creeps and to make them fear you as you walk around slowly at them.

NUMBER THREE- MKB. Now you need damage and stun! MKB IS THE PERFECT ITEM WITH RYLAI. Now that you should have level 10 stats, all your agi will make you swing fast at the enemy.

NUMBER FOUR- MJOLNIR. Every hero needs an orb, and for rylai, this is the best! With radiance+mantastyle+mkb you're already wtf pwning the other team with your super aoe, but now you can pwn them harder. Their fountain will instantly collapse as you camp inside of their base.

NUMBER FIVE- CRANIUM BASHER. KEY ITEM RIGHT HERE. This will make it so nothing can ever touch you ever again. This is rylai's only disable, so you need to make you keep hititng the enemy.

NUMBER SIX- SATANIC. YES. THIS IS WHAT KEEPS YOU ALIVE. This is your life force! Without this, an army of 30 nessaj's could kill you, but with it, not even God can strike you down. You are now the devil and you are unbeatable.

I won my last game after 7 hours, I had 4581 kills on the other team. All of my team mates had left and broken their items so I had no leaver gold. Easiest win ever."

aura maxed by lvl 7, ulti not taken until lvl ~11, ward alot, buy courier at start, deny and harass.

For one, most ppl here thinks BKB is core, you can tell from the past posts.

Average=/=Higher lvl of play

K, define average game. Is it an average IH game or just an average pub game? If it is an average IH game my point stands -CM should not get BKB(reasons I've already listed in my previous posts). If it's a pub game, then get w.e you want cos it honestly doesn't matter.

Idk, I guess i'm just ranting because a friend of my always get BKB on CM and ends up farming for 40 min.

It also depends alot on yr team.
do yr team need yr aoe? yes get bkb
do yr team need u to gang and support?yes get blink dagger/hex
cm ulti is good in team crash which happens lategame.so get bkb late and dont skip it

I point out BKB is not neccessary to land CM's ult, as almost everyone this forum seems to think she does. (explained below)

Then I went on to state why at higher levels of play people do not choose BKB as a core for CM.
