Kardel Sharpeye is a testament to his name and race. Using only his finely honed skills of marksmanship and his trusty rifle, he systematically destroys his opponents from afar. Taking great care to aim for the most vulnerable of areas, he is capable of severely injuring an opponent, and with a little extra time, has been known to simply dispose of an enemy in a single shot. His rifle is equipped with a secondary barrel, capable of launching a short burst of shrapnel at close range, causing massive damage.

Fires a ball full of shrapnel into the air. which promptly explodes, showering the target area in explosive pellets. Enemy units that walk in this area get damaged and slowed. Deals 30% damage to buildings. Lasts for 8 seconds.

Works on allied creeps.

Kardel uses his dwarf engineering skills to make modifications to his rifle, enhancing the range of his rifle.
Level 1 - Attack Range +65.
Level 2 - Attack Range +130.

Level 3 and 4 of this skill allow Kardel to out-range towers.

Take time to draw a bead, and then deal a large amount of damage to the target at a huge range.

Damage type: magical
Crosshair on target is visible to allies only.
Invisibility doesn't affect the effect of this skill.
Interrupts channeling spells.
Interrupt works on magic immune units.
Takes 1.7/1.65/1.5 seconds to cast.
Casting range: 1500/2000/2500
Assassinate gives Sniper experience even if outside of range.

gotta love how when anyone suggests manta you guyz say (ILLUSIONS DONT BASH)

manta is still a good item on him.
a build i like is pt, 2 wraiths helm, armlet, and manta.
fixes your attackspeed, dmg, and tanks you up.
you can skip armlet if you want but its a great item.

@MKB issue
MKB and head shot stack if MKB is turned off. the dmg stacks and the longer bash duration will proc.

Illusions cant proc bash/mini stun. You shouldnt be getting urn on a carry. Urn is gotten with tank and or support heroes.

How does the Helm of Dom, Manta, treads by 25 minutes work with sniper? Usually if I can farm these 3 items by 25 minutes into the game with drow, I'll usually take over.

Typically farm butterfly, blink, and bkb/linkens to make a full 6 items. Sell treads for travels late game

@1236 The oov slows by 4% if the WIELDER(err...holder?) is ranged and 12% if the WIELDER is melee.It is based on the WIELDER,not your opponents.And yes,the reason everyone calls helm of the dominator hotd is because HoD stands for hood.

We say HotD because HoD is Hood of Defiance. Causes confusion. Sniper is a ranged hero, so OoV slows only by 4%, though the harassing damage does add up as sniper can easily get in one attack every few seconds due to his insane range. It's not a bad early game item if you are planning for a skadi later.

OoV is okay to get early game, especially if most of your opponents are melee (12% slow). It's not about the DMG, plus it stacks well with your ministun.

And yes, I do mean HotD; Just didn't add the "the". It makes no diff if you know your nomenclature.

Go HotD if you want LS (instead of MoM).
Or go build a Desolator.

MoM?Yeah,like you aren't fragile enough.Oov's slow is too negligible for a ranged hero,so it's better you spend that 550 gold early game for something that provides survivability instead.And all the builds that you guys posted here is virtually unachievable.

Skadi is too expensive.
Why MoM? HoD is better (cheaper also)

The orb I get for him is LifeSteal or Corruption
