Kardel Sharpeye is a testament to his name and race. Using only his finely honed skills of marksmanship and his trusty rifle, he systematically destroys his opponents from afar. Taking great care to aim for the most vulnerable of areas, he is capable of severely injuring an opponent, and with a little extra time, has been known to simply dispose of an enemy in a single shot. His rifle is equipped with a secondary barrel, capable of launching a short burst of shrapnel at close range, causing massive damage.
Shrapnel Shrapnel (C)
Fires a ball full of shrapnel into the air. which promptly explodes, showering the target area in explosive pellets. Enemy units that walk in this area get damaged and slowed. Deals 30% damage to buildings. Lasts for 8 seconds.

First of all I m nt EIOX ok..! I m his frend, he hurted deeply by some ppls out here so he leaved this forum for forever...
Secondly dont call him fail if u dont know his background..he is a ultra knowledgeable and a genius DotA player, so plz dont call him fail in front of me atleast, I respect him...
Thirdly lothar also help keep distance from enemy with burst damage...

Manta is appreaciable but getting mjolnir is little questionable....by the way forcestaff waste ''agreed'' but lothar is nt., leave invi part look at the damage it give aspd and wind walk (ms increasd), I think it worth on him...and also the invi portion is nt fully waste, it slowly eats thier 180 gold in every purchase which lasts only for 12 x 2 = 24 secs... Imagine they loosing 180 gold for every 24 sec...

first of all, welcome back fail EIOX...
2nd of all, sniper is easily killed, getting force staff allows u to escape. all of its stats are great. its not like lothars, countered by 180 gold.
if ur enemy will get blink just to counter u then u did a good job of making them waste farm and time.

and i highly doubt that any blink oriented disabler will waste his disables on sniper instead of 4 heros.
force staff is to help u keep ur distance...
and im done trying to convince u of anything.

Verdict, don't get either Force Staff or Lothar's on Sniper because they are both retarded. Manta rush is the top build for Sniper, gives him the HP + Armor he needs. After Manta, just go Mjollnir and you can own everything in sight.

Always in every situation u cant find a terrain and easily chaseable means opponent's must hav atleast one dagger hero n he can blink to u....if u thinking a enemy team without dagger or forcestaff then its ok to hav otherwise its a shit wasting a expensive one of the 6 slot ....if then also u prefer to hav then goodluck...

Force staff easily chaseable? Force staff is used for abusing terrain. If you're just using it to push your character in a straight line, then you'd get owned. Use it on hills, unpassable terrain, and you escape.

As I told forcestaff is easily chaseable so instead of having force staff or dagger, its better to increase his ms with pt yasha and lothar which also gives him aspd, damage and armor. . .
and How much mana u need for his spells while he has only two active spells, having a int growth like any inti hero (2.6) I dont think any mana item needed by sacrificing damage and aspd...which is his job to do dps....

Depends. Each have their own advantages. Force staff allows you to abuse terrain and enables you to use an extra shrapnel since it gives 130 mana. Lothars gives you more DPS and the Windwalk but can be detected by dust. Force staff is cheaper but Loth is more DPS oriented.
