Kardel Sharpeye is a testament to his name and race. Using only his finely honed skills of marksmanship and his trusty rifle, he systematically destroys his opponents from afar. Taking great care to aim for the most vulnerable of areas, he is capable of severely injuring an opponent, and with a little extra time, has been known to simply dispose of an enemy in a single shot. His rifle is equipped with a secondary barrel, capable of launching a short burst of shrapnel at close range, causing massive damage.
Shrapnel Shrapnel (C)
Fires a ball full of shrapnel into the air. which promptly explodes, showering the target area in explosive pellets. Enemy units that walk in this area get damaged and slowed. Deals 30% damage to buildings. Lasts for 8 seconds.

Level 2 - 20% Slow / 24 DPS
Level 3 - 25% Slow / 36 DPS
Level 4 - 30% Slow / 48 DPS

A shot to the head deals bonus damage and stuns for a short duration.
Level 1 - 25% chance to deal 30 damage and ministun.

Level 3 - 35% chance to deal 40 damage and ministun.
Level 4 - 40% chance to deal 50 damage and ministun.
Works on allied creeps.
Stun is blocked by magic immunity.

Kardel uses his dwarf engineering skills to make modifications to his rifle, enhancing the range of his rifle.
Level 1 - Attack Range +65.
Level 2 - Attack Range +130.
Level 3 - Attack Range +195.
Level 4 - Attack Range +260.
Level 3 and 4 of this skill allow Kardel to out-range towers.

Assassinate Assassinate (T)
Take time to draw a bead, and then deal a large amount of damage to the target at a huge range.
Level 1 - Deals 355 damage.
Level 2 - Deals 505 damage.
Level 3 - Deals 655 damage.

Cooldown: 20/15/10
Damage type: magical
Crosshair on target is visible to allies only.
Invisibility doesn't affect the effect of this skill.
Interrupts channeling spells.
Interrupt works on magic immune units.
Takes 1.7/1.65/1.5 seconds to cast.
Casting range: 1500/2000/2500
Assassinate gives Sniper experience even if outside of range.

Skill build:

Free farming- max headshot
Bottle crowing/CM as ally- max shrapnel
Never take the 4th level of Take aim, 3rd level already outranges towers.

Shrapnel has absurd cast range and coverage, its better to use pre team fight to force enemy supports to concede from better positioning. Also gives sight so you can harass with Assassinate.

funnest build i ever tried on sniper was probably forcestaff blink.

i used to believe force staff to be a core before ice frog changed it into giving no dmg

now that i got that out of the way,
i really hate lothars on sniper. now even more than before due to the dust buff.

simply go for a phase, wraith band, ring of aquila, helm, skadi/manta.

you can then finish satanic and manta/skadi(the item u didnt get earlier) and u could always add an MKB/buriza.

I really don't see a use to Orchid or EB. EB is too short ranged to do something and if you get close, you get killed.
You really don't need those Orchid bonus. If you have some mana issues, go Ring of Aquila.

Secondly dont call him fail if u dont know his background..he is a ultra knowledgeable and a genius DotA player, so plz dont call him fail in front of me atleast, I respect him...
Thirdly lothar also help keep distance from enemy with burst damage...

Manta is appreaciable but getting mjolnir is little questionable....by the way forcestaff waste ''agreed'' but lothar is nt., leave invi part look at the damage it give aspd and wind walk (ms increasd), I think it worth on him...and also the invi portion is nt fully waste, it slowly eats thier 180 gold in every purchase which lasts only for 12 x 2 = 24 secs... Imagine they loosing 180 gold for every 24 sec...

first of all, welcome back fail EIOX...
2nd of all, sniper is easily killed, getting force staff allows u to escape. all of its stats are great. its not like lothars, countered by 180 gold.
if ur enemy will get blink just to counter u then u did a good job of making them waste farm and time.

and i highly doubt that any blink oriented disabler will waste his disables on sniper instead of 4 heros.
force staff is to help u keep ur distance...
and im done trying to convince u of anything.
