Once a gifted troll witch doctor, young Rhasta was well versed with the secrets of voodoo magic. When the war between the Sentinel and the Scourge began, Rhasta, then a Shadow Hunter, offered his allegiance to the Sentinels to vanquish the Scourge once and for all. While he was gifted as a witch doctor, Rhasta is a genius as a shadow hunter, exceeding his master by mastering the art of summoning multiple serpent wards, binding enemies for a short time and casting elemental lightning to several units.
Ether Shock Ether Shock (R)
Calls forth a cone of lightning, hitting multiple enemy units for damage.
Level 1 - 75 damage to 3 targets.
Level 2 - 150 damage to 4 targets.
Level 3 - 225 damage to 6 targets.
Level 4 - 300 damage to 7 targets.

• Casting range: 600
• Area of Effect: 200
Mana Cost: 95/105/135/160
Cooldown: 10

Voodoo Voodoo (D)
Transforms an enemy unit into a random critter, disabling special abilities.
Level 1 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 1.25 seconds.
Level 2 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 2 seconds.
Level 3 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 2.75 seconds.
Level 4 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 3.5 seconds.
• If the target is an illusion, it will be instantly destroyed.
• The hexed target will have a base movespeed of 100.
• Hex disables damage block and evasion.
• Casting range: 500
Mana Cost: 110/140/170/200
Cooldown: 13
Shackles Shackles (E)
Magically binds a target enemy, so that it cannot move or attack and deals 40 damage per second.
Level 1 - Lasts 2.5 seconds.
Level 2 - Lasts 3.25 seconds.
Level 3 - Lasts 4 seconds.
Level 4 - Lasts 4.75 seconds.
• Damage type: magical
• Shackles is a channeling spell.
• Casting range: 400

Mass Serpent Ward Mass Serpent Ward (W)
Summons 8 immobile serpentine wards to attack enemies. The wards last 45 seconds and are immune to magic.
Level 1 - Summons 8 Serpent Wards, which have 39 - 43 (53-59 *) damage.
Level 2 - Summons 8 Serpent Wards, which have 54 - 58 (74-79 *) damage.
Level 3 - Summons 8 Serpent Wards, which have 69 - 73 (94-100 *) damage.
Mana Cost: 200/350/600
Cooldown: 110
• Serpent Wards deal piercing damage.
• Serpent Wards have splash damage.
• Can be improved by Aghanim's Scepter (* shows the improved values).

this guy for me is a little imba.. hella lot of disables!!! combined with euls.. its hard to pick a fight with this guy when you're alone. SHOCK! atk atk VODOO! atk atk atk EULS. WARD! ur stuck inside until you die, unless you are strong enuf to destroy all of it or you have an escaping skill (time walk, Leap, Pounce etc..)

Riki is annoying but if you are fast enough you can ward/shacle/shock him... and he shouldnt survive that, just dont stay in his fog

you can just make aghanim for more damage or refresher for multiple wards, thatwould be alot more useful for your team than skadi, i mean if you were lina, i would understand with your as increasing passive and nice damage base(nothing compared with carries tho) you can keep them slowed, but rhasta is just too slow, and its just not worth it.

blood for mana, skadi for slow if someone
survives my combo

Rhasta will normally win in a 1v1 fight with Serpant Ward. When fighting with them, if their not moving, use Serpant Ward on them and Shackle. The enemy should die unless it is late game or their HP is high. If they do not, Voodoo (if u added it) and Ether Shock, then Guinsoo (if u have it) and continue to normal attack them.

In order to use Rhasta you have to understand that he is a major support character! He can't rush in and 1v1 someone (assuming that he is the same level). You have to come in with teammates and use your disables while your team/ultimate owns him. (use ultimates for towers also)

In a regular game, I usually end up with:
1. null - an item I start the game with.
2. bottle - provides me with a real quick replenishment.
3. BoT - because he's such a slowpoke. it also helps to switch lanes easily to assist your carries.
4. necro - your necros and your shackles. A lethal combination.
5. Aghanims - by the time I complete this, it's just time to upgrade my ulti to "level 4"
6. refresher - I seldomly get to this. But it's more of a fun item.

He's not meant to be strong. He's a disabler. While his ulti is good for getting a couple kills early on, his main task is to help the team's carry to get kills. With Euls and Guinsoo, he has 4 disables and usually nullify the main dps/caster in the other team completely.
