battlefury stackage ownage, but some will disagree. use ur ulti mega stun, and let ur guy auto attack, if u have 2 battlefurys, u do more damage to a unit u dont attack, so if u suck in 3 heros, its gonna be a bloodbath

Nice support hero to be, if you want it to go support, shockwave is imba early game. with 800range it kicks bad ass. cleave is cool, empower sure can come into handy, ulti looks crappy, but sure comes to good use at times. ; ). BoT, 2WraithBand, MKB and Crystalys should do the job. (apem) or you can go ahead and finish up buriz if theres time. ; ) *remember MKB has 0.01sec stun and with Magnus's godly speed its not hard*

sven's god's strnght + empower is useless when ur enemy medusa use the ulti purge to you.

Magnataur is the Scourge's answer to the Sentinel's own Bradwarden! Imagine these two bashing the hell out of each other! Can somebody give a strat for this guy? TANK you!

Magnus is one hell of a hero! He's very good with Pudge, Sandking, Venomancer, Bradwarden and Rylai! Pudge makes himself fat with that Flesh Heap, imagine if you use Empower on him! Ouch!!! But it is only good during mid and late game since those are the times when Pudge goes hero-hunting with a complete Flesh Heap! With Sandking, you can use the Reverse Polarity of Magnus instead of Sandking's Burrow Strike to use the Epicenter on the stunned target/s! You can kill multiple heroes with this! Together with Venomancer, you can use Poison Nova right after Reverse Polarity! It also kills multiple heroes! Side by side with Bradwarden, your prey/s won't escape from the almighty stunner brothers! And fighting with Rylai, you can use Reverse Polarity then she could use Freezing Field! Also murders multiple heroes! Don't hesitate to use Shockwave on dying hero/es and big swarm of creeps! Dagger of Escape, Radiance, Mekansm, Battle Fury, S & Y, HoT and Buriza are also good items for him! TANK you!

the ulti dont look that good. 4 second stun is good though, but other peoples ultis which stun/immobilize r usually 5+ seconds plus its mana drainin.

I play this hero with BoT, 3x Battle Fury, Heart, and Butterfly. It works fairly well.

empower is great on mana 30mana for 60% atk increase and a 12 second cooldown and it lasts 30 seconds could u stack this damage it would be 180% w/ 4 seconds left ? mighty swing with 2 battle furys is 120% splash ouch , Shockwave does decent damage he is awesome

that ulti is good for chasin heroes, howeva, dont use it when theres like 3 enemy heroes around u or the enemy heroes are missin on the map, u may just accidently hook them in with u, 4 second stun is nothin if they hav a ms of 522

beeter now,120 cooldown on all lvls of ulti, now it is really worth it

sven most definitely, more people hav difficulty playin magnus cos of his useless ulti, its only good for chasing and massive 5v5 battles. no real point of bein able to suck in enemies if ur already fightin them head of unless u want the 4 second stun, thats about it.

ok, I tried it, he can!

I use Battlefury,Vladmir,PowerTreads,
Arcane Ring,Burizado and Heart of Tarrasque
Arcane Ring to get on to continous
shockwave and empower combo for final rush and mana 4 ultimate also...

I start of with arcane ring on this hero, it works very good on him, and you will be able to farm quickly with your shockwave.

Dlink dagger is my next item on him, blink in, ulti, always works

Boots of travel is my next item on him.

After that it depends on how well I can farm and which heroes are in the game. Soometimes I get sange and yasha on him just because the attack speed, movement speed and hp is very good on him. Hot works great too if you want to play him as a tank only.

And I forgot battlefury, it's a really great item for farming.

My friend used Magnus for the best kill ive ever NOT seen! Treant Protector was hiding in the trees with almost no life, and he got cleaved to death! HAHAHA i still smile when i think about it

i would go for bradwarden if i had to choose between the two
i beat a slightly more farmed magnus with centaur, both had full hp and he had creep advantage.

why would a treant not move if he was gonna die???

Hey guys i can crash a Tower w/ this guy in level 5 without even nearing the tower it self.. try to buffs the wagon and the range creep.. strat for easy leveling

damn, shockwave, 90 mana, 8 cooldown, 300 damage, this is one greatest lower level skill, in damage type, should add some slow and would be nice( feels bad for asking more)

i love reverse polarity damn it's nice, i once blinked in to 2 heroes activate reverse with lots of the enemy's creeps around and then shockwave, got like 11 creep kills lol and double kill one word for this guy: wow

depends on tactics, if VSE (vengeful, sven, enchantress) spread out so NMW (nevermore, magnus, warlock) cant use their aoe attacks to stun lock everyone, VSE will win. if NMW get refresher orb and warlock uses upheaval immediately with a linken sphere/BKB so his upheaval cant be disrupted by a stun, NMW will win.

also depends on who attacks first, if warlock dies first, its all over for NMW

magnus is a pretty good hero but is no macth for ursa warrior

In the description for Reverse Polarity, it says "Through some unknown property of matter, the MAGMATAUR sucks enemies within 400 AoE to his position and stuns them with a powerful slam, dealing damage." MAGMATAUR is spelled wrong.

HI all, im a regular Bnet pwnr, so watch out for the =SPIDER-PIG=.

For magnus the main way to start the game is as many bracers as u can walk away from sentinal with..normally 2-3.and a town portal...(must*)

then just lvl up SHOCK WAVE and and MIGHTY SWING, by the time they are 3/4 u should have 2k... u should then just buy Messerschmidts Reavers...(dont turn in to heart just yet...)
u want to have 3 reavers and 2 bracers in your items list..(THIS IS BECAUSE)when u use empower u can hit +250-300 damage and have 3-4k hp..without even turning into heart..

when u are settle with those turn 1 reaver into a Satanic.. and the other two into HEARTS.. and the game will be yours.. i gurantee it... reguarless of who your versing...

Works very well... best ally is the Earthshaker with echoslam and permastun.

Towards the end game you are a 400 damage beast who can kill the entire team in 8-9 hits.

By the way, I've also noticed that damage from cleave is PRECISE damage, so it's not reduced by armor

who thinks dat a player can add a radiance into is item build??? that 35 * 4 sec damage after the reverse polarity....thats....plus 140 damage to the 300 initial!! that can be a possibility..right?

Radiance isn't too good on Magnus, there are simply better items you can put on him...

With just one battlefury, you do more damage to the non-target units. That's very important to know.
