A demon of the burning legion so abhorred that he makes the skin of even his fellow demons crawl, Nevermore is a creature of the shadows that consumes the souls of those around him. When the Shadow Fiend comes forth to battle, he augments his power with the souls he has consumed, bearing down on his enemies with spiritually enhanced attacks and powerful spiritual blasts. The Shadow Fiend is a terrifying opponent whom few have survived, and those who have perished under his tyranny have faced the most despicable fate of all.
Shadowraze Shadowraze (Z)
Gives the Shadow Fiend the power to desecrate regions in front of him at varying distances.
Level 1 - 75 damage.
Level 2 - 150 damage.
Level 3 - 225 damage.
Level 4 - 300 damage.

• When Shadow Raze is learned, three independent skills will be given to Nevermore, each one generating a Shadow Raze at a specific distance in front of him.

Necromastery Necromastery (N)
Whenever the Shadow Fiend kills a unit (both allies or enemies), he stores the unfortunate soul inside of him. For each stored soul he gains 2 bonus damage until his own death releases half of them from bondage.
Level 1 - 16 damage limit.
Level 2 - 30 damage limit.
Level 3 - 46 damage limit.
Level 4 - 60 damage limit.
• Heroes, denies and neutral creeps also provide Bonus damage through Necromastery.
• The more souls Nevermore has, the more powerful Requiem of Souls will be.

The presence of such a horrible creature terrifies nearby enemies, reducing their armor.
Level 1 - 2 armor reduction.
Level 2 - 3 armor reduction.

Level 4 - 5 armor reduction.
• Fully stacks with other armor reduction abilities and auras.
• Area of Effect: 900

Requiem of Souls Requiem of Souls (R)
Summons evil spirits around you dealing damage to units in the area. Number of spirits is related to the number of souls stored. Lowers movement speed and damage of nearby units. The closer the units are the greater the effect.
Level 1 - 80 damage for each line, 15% reduction, lasts 5 seconds.
Level 2 - 120 damage for each line, 20% reduction, lasts 5 seconds.
Level 3 - 160 damage for each line, 25% reduction, lasts 5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 150/175/200
Cooldown: 120/110/100
• Damage type: magical
• The amount of damage dealt is related to the number of souls captured with Necromastery.
• Requiem of Souls generates damaging lines around Nevermore, 1 per 2 souls stored, for a maximum of 15 lines.
• The closer the targeted unit is, the bigger the amount of lines affecting him.
• Reduces both movement speed and attack damage of units in a 700 AoE.
• This skill breaks invisibility a short time before it's released.
• This skill has a 1 second cast time
• Area of Effect: 1300/1325/1350

by 40-50 minutes you should have that if you're a good farmer,
if you gank a lot, then 58 minutes is where you should be at

@693 ethereal 300+ I can make it until 400+. I think With ethereal you must use lothar COmbo: Lothar-Ethereal-ULTI(95% chance dead) OR vice versa is also effective requiem itself is too poweful IT can DO 1 HIT on most int and agi

not really...
same hero, swap necromastery for frost bite (cannot move or attack, only cast spells) and POOF you die. no disables at all in there, you're like a troll with no bash.

a little out of topic but

in dota OMG, can you imagine if a range hero could do this build :

necromastery, essence shift(from slark), fury swipes (from ursa), as for ulti : battle trance (from troll)

...........beyond godlike ?

lol, but nvm is easy to kill with : gank, gank, gank => useless

but 30 minutes after you're left alone : KILLING SPREE (unless you're idiot :p)

here's my combo :

bkb => ethereal => blink => ulti => raze

still alive? that's why i use shiva!

total damage?
ethereal could do about 300 damage
ulti should do about 800 damage (with ethereal mode), raze deals 420 damage each, so total is about 2400, and shiva is extra 200. so 2600, and 4 seconds slow, so you just punch him and about 3000 ++

@689 orchid not a good idea he doesn't need much mana especially if you have bottle you just need to purchase items with high attribute gain like manta, butterfly , ethereal blade etc.

@688 actually its broken when the actual cast animation is done (arms swing up), not when the spell damage is released. you do remain invisible while channeling though. i know this cuz ive been stuck playing AI recently and ive tried that, and the moment the requiem is about to be released, any hero with 0 cast animation disable uses it and the requiem is cancelled.
orchid is bad. just no. mid+bottle is enough to spam. by the time you get orchid you already have enough mana.

Except you should choose between one of them: Either Lothar's OR Dagger, NOT BOTH. Maybe as a luxury, but purchasing the other one really delays your late game farming for items.

FACT: When Wind Walking, if you cast Requiem of Souls the invisibility is broken WHEN THE SKILL RELEASES, it does not break while you "Dance" (the 1 sec cast animation), contrary to what the ulti description says.

@680 i think rushing BKB is the correct one. rushing a blink will just put you in the middle of death. jump in, start ulti, get nuked to death. with BKB, if you have good support then you can still pull off a good ulti. with blink, everyone's first reaction is "NUKE HIM!!!!!!". next, your magic wand pops from 0-15 and you go POOF. so rush BKB, not blink.

Its pretty easy to farm with sf anyway so if you keep a steady balance of farm and gank you should have more than enough time to stack up on those pricey dps items

Wouldn't you be buffed then ??
Though I guess your right, but if you rush dagger (in which is the general strategy right?), he would be what level? 10-13? After that, your following it up with a beneficial utility, but does nothing for dps. You can survive, but is it better then getting kills?
I mean by the time you use ulti+dps items against enemies, you don't have to worry about survival items cause there dead.
I say, kill them as quick as possible my way
