you guys never seen a support rexxar. try guinsoo + refresher on this hero. lvl 4 wild axe and roar. all stat, no no quilbeast and rage. twin axe with 1300 range hurts like sh!t.

This guy is the best hero.To me.

@ Upen your fucking retarded no call of the wild for rexxar is a waste of a rexxar. True Sight Invis bird + 35% slow + posion for quill beast will own the shit.

For your information lupeman, the Scout Hawk is not like a Crow Courier! The answer is simple! As its name implies, the Scout Hawk can only be used to Scout! I don't know if it has truesight or not! Primal Roar is truly formidable and powerful when used correctly! It is meant to kill your primary target and everybody else within the area + stun & it slows down! TANK you!

will he perma bash.He got cool attackk speed?2 bashers and hypers?

Buy arcane ring for lots of axe.Then heart and bash.

his "call of the wild" is under estimated by some... quil beast is great slow for the enemy yah know..

unless uve got ur ulti and a basher or slowing item. its very hard to win with this hero. beast rage is very good though if i do manage to catch up with the enemy.

slow the damn hero usin quillbeast... roar the shit out of him, bash him with rage and hurl that axe at that Goner... even butcher will wet its pant with that combo....

rofl good old bm. crappy thing is axes is way too easy to dodge. there is easier pub heroes, but this guy does good in teampick/lm/lx/rd etc etc games as the senti tank. in ap/ar, loa does alot better.

This is what you do.
Summon your beast and make them attack the target.
use wild axes and keep attackin opponent.
when your on red hp ulti then keep wackin till he dies, simple. (not useful late game some dudes too tank)

MoM and beastrage work well he needs a quilbeast to slow enemys atk and ms by 33%

you people didn't know the true potential of the beastmaster.. have you seen the beastmaster + 4 - 5 Cent creeps..

its just like a permastun.. but even worse..

1 roar and 5 - 10 stuns.. no one can withstand such attack

The nice thing about this heroe is that hes a good counter for naix, cuz quill beast slows the lifestealer and roar stuns him even if hes avatared.

i lol at those who has a rexxar going around without a boar. max out call of wild and twin axes asap. item build would be: pers, bracer, MoM, linkensphere, MKB, BoT, heart. and it works well.

1.6 agi means more low armor
1.9 int is not bad for his 3 activated skills.


I think rexxar can bet good i he gain 2.7 str. and 2 agi. per lvl.

bad ulti? it can do 900 damage. axes if you time em right can do 720 to a single enemy. add em together and you've got 1620 damage and a 3.5 sec stun, 4 second slow. plus the 35% chance of slow and poison of your quilboar. all that equals a great hero

the hawk can be a liability... if it dies by the hand of an enemy hero, they gain 100 gold. not hard to kill it either cos its only got a little bit of health. in 1v1, this guy will dominate, in team battles, hes main task is to tank. he can also be great for ganking as well. buy a SnY and his attack speed will increase dramatically when beast rage is activated.

Is TOO POWERFUL
Is only useful when you have good items

Primal Roar:
Kicks ass!!! It can stun any hero even if in avatar. The echo rocks! and youll get everyone's attention! hahaha

KELEN'S DAGGER OF ESCAPE!!
Why? I dunno but i pawned everyone with it!

Combo:
1. Do wild axe in front of the hero
2. Blink at his back then Primal roar (This will make sure that both his axe will hit... his axe will pass the hero 3times becoz of your blink)
3. Summon quillabeast! Yep he cant run anymore

imagine 22-3 with this hero.. got 4 triple kills! all because of me n magnus.. i had 2 battlefuries and buriza with basher plus MOM.. magnus had a BF and heart.. magnus ulties rexxar beast rage with 2 BFS... TRIPLE KILL!!! and the boar is the best thing about him.. its better than having 2 do a spell 2 slow the enemy down!

i think the only thing lupeman said correct on this whole website is to tank him up in 5v5 games...a satanic should do. but 2 BFs is crucial and 1 basher is enough.. and crystalis (or BDK if u can afford) is the icing on top of the cake

I think his bad stat growth are meant to counteract with his good skills. Remember there can't be totally imba heros in DotA. Every hero has to have a weakness.
To imaheropro:
If they have a Linkin sphere you axe them first.
To uber leet noob:
His Ulti doesn't do 900 damage, what are you on about? And quillbeast's slow is 100%, not by chance.

SnY is a must with this hero cause if you can't catch your enemy you can't charge up your beastrage

Permabash isn't necessary unless the other team has got a lot of tanks. Quill beast's slow + your ulti is probably enough to kill off their entire team

Oh and the stats are all wrong. Lv 3 primal is a 4 second stun and Beastrage doesn't reset when you change target, it drops to 50%.

Quilbeast is very powerful it can help u escape and kill escaping hero.. I like mask of madness for ds hero together w/ its Beast rage the atk spd will continue even the madness is gone..Very fast..

Like the axes great finishing skill with godlike range.There are very much comments if the Call of the Wild is usefull or not, its only usefull til the level of the invisible hawk.THE FUKING PIG SUKS so dont say that he owns with his little slow ok?

Rexxar is such a good support hero. His ultimate is the best cuz at lvl 3 you get stunned and slowed for 4 seconds and it also gets creeps out of the way because it clears a path for you to huck his axes and
a good character to finish the kill.

but Rexxar's axes are useless against insane AI because they know you're going to through the axes at them and they move to the side right after you click. It's bloody ridiculous. But his axes are really good at cutting down normal necromancers.

I really like this guy in 3v3
1) Vlads
2) Battlefury
3) Black King bar
4) Heart

Vlads is overall good for many heroes, the overall benefits (including mana) let you throw a lot of axes and still keep ur emergency 150 mana for your ulti. That combined with battlefury, another offensive melee item that gives mana regen. Black king bar gives str heo like stats, and the avatar is great for making yourself untouchable while you pummel the crap outa other heroes. Games rarely last till heart

Vlads and Satanic for the lifesteal plus skadi to slow them down with every hit, a promised win

Skadi melee is an orb effect so it won't stack with satanic.

Does the slow on Skadi enhance the Wild Axe Throwing Skill? It's a ranged attack, isn't it? Not a magical strike?

excuse me? can anyone here make a rexxar jungling guide? cos i've heard of pros jungling extremely well, like neutral creep stacking with wild axes. most of them can farm goood items in like 5 minutes. pls help
