The Trolls of the Darkspear tribe, long since exiled from their ancestral lands in Stranglethorn Vale, are considered by many to be the most savage race of creatures to ever grace the battlefield. This reputation is well earned by their Sentinel representative Huskar, who's abilities revolve around shortening his own lifespan to spear his foes to burning pieces. Considered a blessed martyr by his people, the Sacred Warrior is not afraid of death, and will even run towards it willingly, sometimes desperately, in order to bring the Undead Scourge to an end.
Inner Vitality Inner Vitality (V)
Magically unlocks the potential regenerative power within a target unit, healing its life force based upon its primary attribute. If the target is below 40% health, it will regenerate faster.
Level 1 - 5(15*)% of main attrib + 2 hp regen per sec, lasts 16 seconds.
Level 2 - 10(30*)% of main attrib + 4 hp regen per sec, lasts 16 seconds.
Level 3 - 15(45*)% of main attrib + 6 hp regen per sec, lasts 16 seconds.
Level 4 - 20(60*)% of main attrib + 8 hp regen per sec, lasts 16 seconds.
• (*) These values are used if the target is below 40% of its maximum hp.
• The hp percentage is checked every second and the regeneration adjusted accordingly.

Burning Spear Burning Spear (R)
Using his own life force to set them aflame, the Sacred Warrior can cause his spears to deal stackable damage over time as they impact the foe.
Level 1 - 4 damage per second, lasts 6 seconds.
Level 2 - 8 damage per second, lasts 6 seconds.
Level 3 - 12 damage per second, lasts 6 seconds.
Level 4 - 16 damage per second, lasts 6 seconds.
• Damage type: magical (target), HP removal (self)
• Burning Spears stacks additively when used multiple times on one target. There is no cap.
• If Huskar has less than 100 life this spell can still be cast, but will have no effect.
• Casting range: 400

Berserker`s Blood Berserker`s Blood (B)
Huskar feels each of his wounds and channels the pain, increasing attack speed and damage for each 7% missing health. First bonus starts at full health.
Level 1 - 2% IAS and 2 Damage.
Level 2 - 4 % IAS and 4 Damage.
Level 3 - 6 % IAS and 6 Damage.
Level 4 - 8 % IAS and 8 Damage.
• There will be a special effect when Berserker's Blood is giving a large bonus (49% missing health).

Life Break Life Break (F)
Huskar reaches into the well of his own life force to potentially destroy an enemy. Huskar's target takes damage equal to 50% of his HP. Slows target by 50% for 5 seconds. Huskar pays a certain percentage of his HP to cast this.
Level 1 - Huskar pays 40% of his current HP to cast, Huskar's target takes damage equal to 65% of his HP with Aghanim's Scepter.
Level 2 - Huskar pays 33% of his current HP to cast, Huskar's target takes damage equal to 65% of his HP with Aghanim's Scepter.
Level 3 - Huskar pays 25% of his current HP to cast, Huskar's target takes damage equal to 65% of his HP with Aghanim's Scepter.

Cooldown: 45(24)/30(16)/15(8)
• Damage type: magical (to both Huskar and the target)
• Slow works on magic immune units.
• Casting range: 135

I don't think you need lifesteal at all, inner vitality is an imba heal at mid-late game. Lifesteal is mainly for carries late game, Huskar isn't a carry and he only needs the lifesteal early game.

Sure, but it ins't as effective in pub games. You opponents either kill you, or they'll just towerhug and then you can't use your spears. I've tried it out 2 many times so I setteled with lifesteal orb. However, as my first posts suggest, that isn't as effective.

As for lifesteal builds. You should consider playing Faceless Void or Troll instead. Huskar isn't a newb friendly hero that can just sit along in his lane and wait until lategame, he should run just as mutch around ganking as Nerubian Assassin or Viper, and preferably with a mate that you can communicate with. I'd just like to point this out, becouse I know there are some that play him in this very way I USED to play him.

769 > same build here, but I realised that even if I can own a bit with this guy by using lifesteal and become and uber tank-DPS hybrid, I'dont think its a good way to play Huskar. Use BS early, and dont get lifesteal. This is uneffective in pubs as its usability is gone when the opponents get enough regen. You should only - yes ONLY use Huskar pubs when you have a mate laning with you. Elsewhere kills are rly hard to grap in. And even if you get them, owning will only last until mid game.

AoM, treads, HoT, BKB are enough for huskar as cores.. is the game aint over.. butterfly and satanic.

Spears is one (if not) best harrasment skill for early game, you can literally harrass your opponent to death. i wouldnt wait until last to get it. It does alot more damage then some people may think

my favorite hero!
I usually play him with inner vite - berserk early on, then bonus, and life break when ever you can... spears last.

bracers 2x
gloves 1st for treads
HotD
Then wait for the next dumb hero that underestimates me... and you see alot of them when they don't see the burn spears...
Then you start owning, build your treads, then your AoM. Then maybe satanic or a HoT.

Has anyone tried Blademail on him?

he got great harassment tool early
he got crazy nuke as ultimate
he got tremendous stacking orb attack to kill those dummies
he got a great combo, decrease his life to nuke and slow, and cast his orb, and what he got later? higher damage and attack speed
he got a healing skill
and the best part is, he got cool animation on his hand while his health drop to half

huskar is my fave hero nxt to DK well I use S&Y + Treads game usually ends there, I dont use the burning spear, the maim guarantees no escape

lot of mana needed to cast inn.vit. but, it's rare to cast... except you focuses on support

@751 he is trully right.Well I played a game witc Necrolyte and my enemy was Husk he was such a prey...(and no one in my team could kill him,lol)
