Okey-dokey then. Stats are okay enough. Base Fallen Chest on Storm Bolt and lower Lvl. 4 damage to 250. Lower spread gold damage to 50. What does spread gold mean anyway?

Case book, I like it. Original skill. But again lower Lvl. 4. Make it balanced so that the slow at Lvl 4 will be 30%/35%/40%

Lina's Appeal = Okay, I guess, but corny. Why would he have Lina's support if their on different teams?

Double Profit = WOAH! Powerful. Lower duration to 5/10/15 seconds or it's imba.

Sooooo rigged, nerf EVERYTHING by about, y'know, half or something. 40% movespeed loss AURA? 325damage 2.5 sec stun + SPLASH? Waaaaaay too imba. Magic Missile is imba with 325 1.75 sec stun no splash. NERF EVERYTHING!!!

This guy is way too scary for a shopkeeper... O_o Not to mention it's way to overpowered. The shortcuts are a little messy though...

Stats are fine. MS and ASPD are fine.

Fallen Chest = Overpowered. See Stormbolt and Magic Missile.

Case Book = Confusing, and overpowered. See Degen Aura for comparison.

Lina's Appeal = Out of flavor [Scourge and Sentinel], Out of anime XDXDXD [Lina didn't have an elven boyfriend IIRC], MS bonus is overpowered.

Double Profit = Overpowered. Just think if you have Dagon[5] or Necronomicon[3] as our most expensive item, or even Buriza-do Kyanon. Suggest a nerf. Bonus only to specific item bonuses or abilities.

Overall: Needs adjustments.

Ya, Lina's Appeal is way too corny. Good ability needs a different name. Biggest change to make is case book. I like the idea of using their gold, but it's gotta be tuned down...As is it's way to imba. And just throwing this out. What about a spell or ULT that is similar to Zeus', and automatically deals...800-1000 or so damage to the enemy hero who has the most gold on the map? Or maybe to ANY hero on the map, which means you'd have to coordinate with your buddies to make sure they have low gold...Personally don't like the second part. Just throwing it out.

!st skill is overpowered.Give it 220 damage and also give an AOE to the gold thingie.Dont mention the gold's damage.Make it deal a % amount of the normal damage of the spell.
2nd skill needs a little nerfing.Make the reduction a little more powerful from degen aura,as this depends on gold of the We-Are-Wishing-They-Die enemies.This will make a great difference between degen aura and this skill.
3rd skill:According to this skill,this hero should be on the sentinel side.
Make the skill give lower MS boost and its great.
Ulti needs nerfing.

Unfortunately suffers from major balancing issues.

Fallen Chest: You said it's based on Magic Missile, but taking a skill and adding stuff to it doesn't make it any balanced on it's own. You added more stun and area damage. Try to even out pluses with minuses, so to speak.

Case Book: You just made a more powerful degen aura. Degen aura is already strong, but you boosted it from 28% to 40%(minimum at lvl4). See the difference? A big one.

Lina's Appeal: Opposite goes for this. Even Lina does it better.

Double Profit: It'll be pretty difficult to framework this for DotA. And also a bit confusing. I suggest boost all stats by 30/60/90% for some duration(~25 seconds).

Stats are fine. The girlfriend thing is iffy, with the alliance difference and all(plus, you're undead. or aren't you?)

I think that 'Fallen Chest' is kinda over powered. Also Lina did not have a boyfriend. Are you sure you like her?

Okay, i want to add the changes, after seeing so many 'overpowered' words.

Fallen Chest:
lvl 1 - lvl 4: When the chest hit the targeted unit, gold in the chest will spread. Each spreaded gold deals 50 damage to every unit around the targeted unit. The targeted unit doesn't take the extra damage. Repeat: every unit around the target. Not the targeted unit. So if i target Lucifer, for example, Lucifer doesn't take the extra damage. Creeps who are around the Lucifer take that. Is this clear enough?
If don't, tell me.

Double Profit:
lvl 1: Lasts 10 seconds
lvl 2: Lasts 15 seconds
lvl 3: Lasts 20 seconds
is this still too imba? please comment.

And about Lina's Appeal.. i think Elvender remembers about his love story with Lina... Yeah, that time, Lina was his beyonce... and when they would get married, Scourge killed the Elvender. The body might die, but the love won't...
this is one of the mistery of love...

Kinda imba because of its very strong ulti with a good most expensive item like ur buriza

1 thing if u have items which have same cost like bashers + dual profit.......
Example 2 bashers=this will be 30%chance to stun(1.2Duration) its enemy with 25 bonus damge....with dual profit it will be 60% chance and a 2.4 duration stun effect and a bonus 50 damage when the stun chance.

Big no no, i say take out case book or at least NERF IT. People has to save money for something. I'd say something like if you have 1000 gold, does 25 damage per second or 2000 does 50. Something like that but it's too imba to reduce 40%. Compare that to a shadowstrike = way off.

so the background story was good up until he decided to joint he scourge to take revenge? the scourge killed him the first time, that seems kinda weird, maybe if Omniknight or Chen brought him back and then hey joins sentinel to kill the scourge, makes more sense that way

base stats and stat gains are fine

chest seems a little too powerful, the damage and the stun are very powerful, and the aoe damage makes it imba imo, so either take out the aoe dmg and nerf the dmg/stun or increase the mana

cost to ~250, cause it's really powerful for what you get

for case book, scale the slow a little bit, since at lvl 4 is it always better than Omni's degen aura, so as the level increases, maybe increase the base slow by 3% and then have the gold-slow increase more, maxing out at ~30%, 50% is really slow, especially since it is a passive ability

Lina as his gf, LOL, either increase the cooldown or the mana cost, since late game he will be able to always pay the 50 mana so for 2/3 of the game he

will be moving ~450 (just a guess, but it will be high)

double profit is a really cool, unique ability, how does it work if you have multiple of the same item, like if you have 2 bashers is that 2*20% (well, they wouldn't stack fully but you get the idea), and item to avoid is Armlet, 60 hp degen/sec = dead, an active satanic would pwn, you'd be like Broodmama with 90% lifesteal, guinsoo would pwn on this guy, 6 sec of hex ftw

mana cost and cooldown are pretty balanced for the effects you

could get

skills don't have that much synergy other than they help you and hurt the enemy

I wouldn't recommend getting dps items on him, he is too fragile, Skadi would be okay since it would give him some hp, I think I'd go for a guinsoo, 6 sec hex + 2.5 stun from chest, plenty of time for an ally to rape the hero

reason, Case won't do much unless you are close to them, so they could hit

you, and you can't take very much damage early game, your ulti isn't that powerful since you won't have a tier 4 item until mid-late game, hence lvl 13, chest is your nuke and disable, max that (duh), Lina helps, but he won't have damage so the extra as won't do much, I guess you could get it earlier to help with running, but you have a stun to also help, stats are good for him since he will need some hp to use his skills later in the game

for my support build with guinsoo, any dps hero is good

8.5 sec disable is just rape, for any hero

enemies, mana burners, nukers/combo killers (he doesn't have the hp early game), ranged heroes with a slow (they are ranged, so they are out of the slow aoe, and the slow will nullify Lina's appeal)

cool hero, some original ideas, needs some balancing
