Quasar was once a normal troll...well as normal as a troll can be anyway. He was never special, he never stood out, just a normal forest troll. Until....yes we get to THAT part....until one day he stumbled upon the legendary TARDIS, and inside he found a dead man. Except that man was not a man but actualy the last Time Lord, who had crashed there and died. When Quasar touched him, his powerfull regeneration abilities, the ones that all trolls have, trigered a strange reaction, and the last Time Lord regenerated through Quasars mind and body, turning him into a Time Lord, granting him all the knowlege of that race, and a de-facto infinite lifespan. Quasar then repaired the TARDIS, and set out to a journey through space and time that is far too complicated and long to explain. After some few bilion years of travel, he crash-landed right in the middle of the Sentinel base. He managed to get the parts he needed, but in return for the parts, the goblin techies asked him to help them in the war against the Scourge. He knew he shouldn't meddle into the afairs of the ordinary mortals, but the troll in him told him that he should just go for it. And thus, he did. He picked up his timeblade, named The Timeburner, put on his old troll clothes, and went off straight to the battlefield. The sentinels never regreted having Quasar fight on their side.
The TImeburner The TImeburner (T)
The Timeburner...noone knows where it came from. Noone knows is it a product of magic or technology, or even something else. But everyone who has ever heard of it knows it burns time. How? You don't want to find out....but if you insist....
Level 1 - With each hit, the Timeburner deals aditional damage equal to the 1% of the time the game has lasted so far(counted in seconds). After 4 hits it takes off 10 seconds from the games clock.
Level 2 - With each hit, the Timeburner deals aditional damage equal to the 1% of the time the game has lasted so far(counted in seconds). After 6 hits it takes off 15 seconds from the games clock.
Level 3 - With each hit, the Timeburner deals aditional damage equal to the 2% of the time the game has lasted so far(counted in seconds). After 8 hits it takes off 20 seconds from the games clock.
Level 4 - With each hit, the Timeburner deals aditional damage equal to the 2% of the time the game has lasted so far(counted in seconds). After 10 hits it takes off 25 seconds from the games clock.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: A blue flash with each hit. The sword shines blue.
Time Twist Time Twist (T)
Being a Time Lord, Quasar has both the tehnology and the knowlege needed to bend and twist time acording to his will. But even that sofisticated tehnology tends to malfunction sometimes...or Quasar just pushes the wrong buttons....
Level 1 - Bends time in a 500 AoE around the hero, causing all enemies to move and attack 10% slower. Quasar gains 1% AS and MS for each slowed enemy for 2 seconds. 40% chance of malfunction, and freezing all units in a 500 AoE for 2 second, while your MS gets slowed by 20%.
Level 2 - Bends time in a 500 AoE around the hero, causing all enemies to move and attack 15% slower. Quasar gains 2% AS and MS for each slowed enemy for 3 seconds. 40% chance of malfunction, and freezing all units in a 500 AoE for 2 second, while your MS gets slowed by 15%.
Level 3 - Bends time in a 500 AoE around the hero, causing all enemies to move and attack 20% slower. Quasar gains 2% AS and MS for each slowed enemy for 3 seconds. 40% chance of malfunction, and freezing all units in a 500 AoE for 3 second, while your MS gets slowed by 15%.
Level 4 - Bends time in a 500 AoE around the hero, causing all enemies to move and attack 25% slower. Quasar gains 3% AS and MS for each slowed enemy for 4 seconds. 40% chance of malfunction, and freezing all units in a 500 AoE for 3 second, while your MS gets slowed by 10%.

Hourglass of Eternety Hourglass of Eternety (H)
The Hourglass of Eternety...a product of both magic and tehnology, crafted by the Time Lords long ago. Indestructible and unchangable for all eternety. It exist in each moment in time. And what it does...I'll leave that to your imagination.....but what Quasar can do with it...that you can see for yourself....
Level 1 - Places the "Hourglass of Eternety" buff on a hero. You gain vision of that hero for as long as he is within 2000 units of range from Quasar. When you use this skill while a hero has the "Hourglass of Eternety" buff it will deal damage or heal that hero for an amount equal to 20% of the time he spent under the buff (calculated in seconds) and teleport Quasar directly to that hero. (teleportation effect can be toggled off/on)
Level 2 - Places the "Hourglass of Eternety" buff on a hero. You gain vision of that hero for as long as he is within 2500 units of range from Quasar. When you use this skill while a hero has the "Hourglass of Eternety" buff it will deal damage or heal that hero for an amount equal to 30% of the time he spent under the buff (calculated in seconds) and teleport Quasar directly to that hero. (teleportation effect can be toggled off/on)
Level 3 - Places the "Hourglass of Eternety" buff on a hero. You gain vision of that hero for as long as he is within 3000 units of range from Quasar. When you use this skill while a hero has the "Hourglass of Eternety" buff it will deal damage or heal that hero for an amount equal to 40% of the time he spent under the buff (calculated in seconds) and teleport Quasar and any nerby friendly heroes directly to that hero. (teleportation effect can be toggled off/on)
Level 4 - Places the "Hourglass of Eternety" buff on a hero. You gain vision of that hero for as long as he is within 4000 units of range from Quasar. When you use this skill while a hero has the "Hourglass of Eternety" buff it will deal damage or heal that hero for an amount equal to 50% of the time he spent under the buff (calculated in seconds) and teleport Quasar and any nerby friendly heroes directly to that hero. (teleportation effect can be toggled off/on)
Cap of 2000 damage (Although you will never reach it lol). 500 casting range.
Mana Cost: 120/150/180/210
Cooldown: 60/60/60/60
Timing Timing (M)
As a Time Lord, Quasar has utmost and complet control over time, and can subdue it to his will in many diferent and mysetirous ways....but do to the loss of most of his equipment during the crash, he is left with only one way of manipulating time. But its a good one....
Level 1 - Alows you to add or deduct up to 4 minutes to the game time.

@dofanto - lets say that the game lasts...2 hours. That is 7200 seconds. 2% of that is 144 damage. It's not as imba as you think.

And theme of the challenge was to make a Troll that is not a Troll, dumbass.

246 By donfanto 2009-12-13

toooo imba. it means in the late game he can kill in one hit???i think if ull read troll history ull find a lot of materials to make better hero.

245 By david_zai 2009-10-25

faceless void vs quasar which hero will win?

244 By James Nero 2009-09-29

Damn... Which genius created this guy? All those time bends and stuffs... But I don't know if the hero can really deduct time though.. too much work for Icefrog

243 By TheGunslinger 2009-09-27

Actualy its not so hard, since the game counter is actualy Wood for minutes and Upkeep for seconds. But it would still pose quite a lot of trouble.

242 By QCopter 2009-09-24

Idea is just completely awesome, but this will be hard to pull off by Icefrog, too many triggers and functions for the time spells and possible rooms for exploit and bugs

241 By dachicken 2009-09-14

I don't know about you guys, but I really like this idea.

240 By TheGunslinger 2009-09-14

12? Your math is wrong. It's 1.2

239 By itschinko9 2009-09-12

wow so every minute tat pass it adds 12 damage to his first skill at level 4? o_o, imagine if u cast timing whenever u can at level 3. sooner or later ur first skill will do like 1k damage

238 By HarshRalf 2009-09-11

the 'timing' I think is quite useless lolz

237 By perch94 2009-08-26

235 By Kel_Thuzad 2009-08-12

rightttt, bad concept

234 By d4rk3n1ng 2009-08-05

you should add another icon for your "timing". (you know, like "detonate" for techies? but it just tells the "timing".. if you get what i mean..
hmm GJ btw! XD. fun hero..

233 By TheGunslinger 2009-08-01

DAMNIT! Read the descriptions of the other skills. Then read the description of Timing. If you still don't get it, then read the other comments below your own. If you don't get it after that, go kill yourself or something....

232 By yosimori 2009-07-31

What's the use of the timing? Just for fun??

231 By PrimEspada 2009-07-28

228 By shukaku00 2009-07-15
