He raged at the world, at his family, at his life. But mostly, he just raged. He used to be relatively calm at one point, if you'd believe that. But then he found life on the battlefield. It drove him over the edge, making him completely deranged and dangerous to work with. His bretheren were not happy... but the Scourge was delighted to have him.

Ballistic (C)
Syykotic goes nuts, attacking much more rapidly but taking a huge amount more damage from regular attacks. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 1 - Attacks 80% faster, takes 20% more damage.
Level 2 - Attacks 120% faster, takes 30% more damage.
Level 3 - Attacks 160% faster, takes 40% more damage.
Level 4 - Attacks 200% faster, takes 50% more damage.
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 35/30/25/20

Framework: A large red Aura around Syykotic.

Notes: Stacks with other Abilities' bonuses.

Stupidity (S)
What little of a brain Syykotic has is hard to affect by anything. It only makes him more insane. When Syykotic is targeted by a spell he attacks faster for 5 seconds. Also gives Syykotic passive spell resistance.
Level 1 - Attacks 15% faster, gains 10% spell resistance.
Level 2 - Attacks 20% faster, gains 15% spell resistance.
Level 3 - Attacks 25% faster, gains 20% spell resistance.
Level 4 - Attacks 30% faster, gains 25% spell resistance.
Passive ability.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Brawl (B)
Attacking Syykotic makes him enraged. So he attacks back. Whenever a Hero attacks Syykotic, Syykotic gains 5% attack speed per attack when attacking that hero. Stacking capacity increases with level. Lasts for 5 seconds or until he attacks the hero again.
Level 1 - Stacks 5 times.
Level 2 - Stacks 7 times.
Level 3 - Stacks 9 times.
Level 4 - Stacks 11 times.
Passive ability.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Notes: Basically, lvl4 Brawl gives him maximum +55% attack speed on the hero he attacks IF that hero was attacking him, and takes 11 hits to reach.

Fury Path (F)
Syykotic comes to a major decision for his tiny brain: who is to blame for what happens to him. Losing any control he may have had, Syykotic gains heavy bonuses to attack speed, movespeed and damage, and attacks a target hero until either one is destroyed or the spell ends.
Level 1 - Gains 30% attack speed, 5% movespeed, and +20 attack damage for 10 seconds.
Level 2 - Gains 50% attack speed, 10% movespeed, and +35 attack damage for 15 seconds.
Level 3 - Gains 70% attack speed, 15% movespeed, and +50 attack damage for 20 seconds.
Mana Cost: 120/160/200
Cooldown: 100

Framework: Syykotic gets a Bloodrage type aura on him, except its much larger.

Notes: If Syykotic is stunned or otherwise disabled, ie in a way that prevents him from attacking, the spell ends. So, an ally could Cyclone him to save him from going too far, or Bane's Nightmare skill similarly.

THE RAGING GOBLIN!!!

Clearly insane. Alright, I based this off the MtG card 'Raging Goblin', the usual flavor text of which makes a brilliant hero cover story: He raged at the world, at his family, at his life. But mostly he just raged. Which is just too funny to pass up. Oh, and I get to crudely call him 'Psychotic' too. This guy is suicidal but amazing.

Syykotic is built like Naix a fair bit. Lots of Agility, low Strength, low Intelligence (as befits a thick-as-a-brick goblin with a deathwish), very high attack speed, melee. Great need of Lifesteal and Bashers.

Note - his abilities do stack with each other, but not with other ability related attack speed buffs (Berserk, Bloodlust, Mark of the Abyss, etc). Auras such as Cuirass and Fervor would stack.

Item Build(s):

The problem with his skills is obviously the suicidal part. No sense at all. So he needs to be in a position to attack continuously without taking major damage. Hence the Bashers idea. A Black King Bar would be excellent, as would an Aegis (but now its the petty droppable version so he needs to fight Roshan for it... oh and it doesn't give armor anymore either), make that a REAL Aegis. Lifesteal naturally. Probably Helm of the Dominator early because of the armor - armor helps a lot, also upgrade to Satanic for more tankiness. An Assault Cuirass would be very nasty indeed - gives him armor, gives him attack speed that doesn't make a dent in what he has but helps, gives THEM less armor while he mauls them. An early Vanguard wouldn't go astray.

Warning, one thing that is very unadvisable would be Mask of Madness. You already have that skill (Berserk) in UBER form (Ballistic). It doesn't stack with that anyway.

Overall, he needs the Bashers. Regardless of anything else, Syykotic needs to make his victims totally and utterly helpless so they can't take advantage of a) the +50% for regular attacks, b) the fact that he can't turn back and flee, or c) both.

Allies:

Any ally who can either help you kill someone or stop you dying while you kill someone. Slowers are good, stunners are good, but immobilisers are way better. Then obviously anyone who can protect you - that'd be healers and similar. Specifically, anyone with Meka; then Treant Protecter for Living Armor; Chen for heal; Omniknight for basically everything - heal, Repel!, Guardian Angel!; Dazzle for heal and Weave (armor boost); Lord of Avernus for Aphotic Shield and sometimes Death Coil. Lich's Frost Armor would be useful but its not always part of Lich's skill build and almost never early.

Inspired by a brilliant gag line and a spastic little goblin. Resembles N'aix far more than it should but I can't avoid it much. Focuses on getting Bashers, typical me ^^, I love Bashers. Hope you like it, comments welcome.

@ lonzy06 = Terrorblade and Naix and others have that much and own. Get a coupla Gauntlets at the start, easy.
@ TOPAK™ = of course he's silly, he's an insane goblin!
@ Amplirage = that wouldn't cancel it... not completely sure what how this one works actually. What I reckon is, someone attacks, he attacks back and gets Brawl - someone else attacks, he can keep attacking and keep Brawl OR change targets and make a new Brawl. either that OR its got a 'Rage Counter' like Rexxar.

@ Amplirage = what that ACTUALLY means is if hes chasing, gets the Brawl, then doesn't attack the guy for 5 secs, he loses Brawl, but if he attacks within 5, he keeps it.

Wow. I didn't even know attack speeds could get that fast. Personally, I don't see a point in getting anything except damage boosters, life steal, and Bfury. With that much power and speed, he'd be near unstoppable. Shimrra_3, I have but one thing to say.

Very funny hero. I love him . I love attack speed and i love permabash and this hero fits the bill. But just a reminder i believe 400% is the maximum attack speed limit. So Assault Curias and other attack speed mods arent really worth it (like teddy). Some items u could use to replace are: Stygian Desolator (if u want the negative armor) or Skadi(gotta love the slow, but then u cant have that Stanic :(. Or a Vlads if u really love ur lifesteal(hehe)or mabye consider a Vanguard or HoT (hp is nice). Well i love ur hero 10/10

W00t I am popular! Thanks guys. Now, my opinion is that he needs: A) Boots (variable) B) 1-2 Bashers C) Some kind of Armor booster D) Lifesteal E) Hp F) Additional damage. Now, the Boots and Bashers are straightfoward enough, but the rest are variable. Armor, Lifesteal, and Hp - all in Satanic. Armor and additional damage - Butterfly, free evasion too. So the thing is to plan the itembuild...

The increased damage taken is what makes it balanced... so it needs to stay how it is. It was debatable, at one point, if that was ENOUGH, if it shouldn't've been even HIGHER. Umm, clarification, thats from normal attacks only, not spells (if anyone was pondering this, I dunno if I made that clear).

Make the damage taken at least half of the increased attack speed.
For Example:LvL 4 Ballistic gives %200 attack speed,but you will give %100 more damage.

His last skill would stack with those things, but it would have to be activated in advance, he's purely attacking afterwards. And Berserk wouldn't stack with his other skills (Unholy Frenzy would because it is not attack speed based).

A) Ballistic is balanced - Frenzy is 100% for 20%, Ballistic is 200% for 50%: 2x Frenzy is 200% for 40%. Frenzy also lasts twice as long.
B) Possibly explain WHY you THINK the Stupidity skill is 'unfair', noting (which you obviously haven't done) that the attack speed bonus is not passive and only activates when he is targeted - as in, not hit by an AOE etc, TARGETED - by a spell.
C) Fury Path (and somehow the only one who finds that name silly is me.) - note that he HAS to attack a target hero until either one is destroyed. WHAT IF THEY RUN PAST A TOWER WITH THREE ALLIES? Syykotic HAS to keep chasing the hero, for TWENTY SECONDS. ANYTHING can happen in twenty seconds.
Overall, as I see posted on heroes and guides far too often: READ IT. ALL OF IT. Do not comment without first doing something more than skimming through it. Thats like looking at Song of the Siren and ignoring the bit where you can't attack them and assuming they're free to hit for 7 seconds, and THEN, SCREAM that its unbalanced. Like an IDIOT would do.
