Pikachu - Electric Mouse Pokemon
Range: 500 | Move Speed: 310
Primary: AGI
Str: 15 + 1.4 | Agi: 25 + 2.6 | Int: 20 + 1.8
Damage: 45 - 55 | HP: 435 | Mana: 260
HP Regen: 0.7 | Mana Regen: 0.81
Attack Speed: 1.33 | Armor: 3
A Sentinel Expedition Team wandered into the forests of Kanto and the first thing they saw is Pikachu! Caught in a pokeball by Furion himself(after getting severely fried), Pikachu willingly serves the Sentinel to prevent disaster for his fellow Pikachu back home. Pikachu may be small, but he will prove all wrong. Even the mighty scourge respected this little critter, which shocked and zapped the Scourge into charred cinders with powerful Thunderbolts and outstanding agility that only few can match. The Scourge could only watch in horror as even their best Generals came running back charred and burnt with tails between their legs.
Thunderbolt Thunderbolt (T)
Pikachu's famous Thunderbolt! Severely zaps the enemy with a strike of lightning and causes a chance to stun for 2 seconds
Level 1 - Deals 90 dmg, 10% chance of stunning
Level 2 - Deals 150 dmg, 15% chance of stunning
Level 3 - Deals 220 dmg, 20% chance of stunning
Level 4 - Deals 280 dmg, 25% chance of stunning
Mana Cost: 80/95/110/120
Cooldown: 10
Framework: Looks like Zeus' thunderbolt spell and works somewhat the same. If stunned, will have an animation that looks like purge and stuns the opponent. Pikachu will scream, "CHUU!!!!" when casting thunderbolt
Notes: Use this spell as a finisher to kill a dying hero, or simply harrass opponents with this. Beware of Pikachu's mana cost though.
Agility Agility (G)
Makes Pikachu RUN FASTER! Evades only one spell when cast
Level 1 - Maximizes movement speed for 2.5 seconds
Level 2 - Maximizes movement speed for 3.5 seconds
Level 3 - Maximizes movement speed for 4.5 seconds
Level 4 - Maximizes movement speed for 6 seconds
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 40/30/25/15
Framework: A blue light will envelop Pikachu, movespeed increased to 522 and it will evade the first spell cast on it.
Notes: Use this to escape ganks and irritating heroes such as Skeleton King and Sven with their click and stun spells. Surely Pikachu can't take a beating!
Double Team Double Team (D)
Pikachu moves so fast that it splits itself into many images. Images disappear when hit, deals no damage. images serves as decoys
Level 1 - Creates 3 images, lasts for 10 sec
Level 2 - Creates 5 images, lasts for 15 sec
Level 3 - Creates 7 images, lasts for 20 sec
Level 4 - Creates 9 images, lasts for 30 sec
Mana Cost: 90/105/120/130
Cooldown: 60
Framework: Pikachu becomes blurred and splits into many pikachu images, somewhat like naga siren's mirror image ability.
Notes: Pikachu's decoy. Since you guys want an original skill, this is what i'm thinking of. this serves as the real double team, the images disappear after being hit and everything. only the real pikachu deals damage.
Volt Tackle Volt Tackle (V)
Pikachu blasts forward at a breakneck speed, damaging all enemies in a line, also mildly stunning them. Reaching its destination, Pikachu lets loose a powerful thunder that stuns all enemies in a large radius. Both damages CANNOT BE STACKED. Pikachu loses 1/3 of its HP, though.
Level 1 - Deals 200 damage initially when charging towards target, 1 second stun. Upon reaching target, deals 250 damage and a 4 second slow to every enemy in a 400 AOE radius.
Level 2 - Deals 280 damage initially when charging towards target, 1.5 second stun. Upon reaching target, deals 330 damage and a 5 second slow to every enemy in a 450 AOE radius.
Level 3 - Deals 360 damage initially when charging towards target, 2 second stun. Upon reaching target, deals 450 damage and a 6 second slow to every enemy in a 500 AOE radius.
Level 4 - (With Aganims Scepter)Deals 440 damage initially when charging towards target, 2.5 second stun. Upon reaching target, deals 500 damage and a 6 second slow to every enemy in a 550 AOE radius.

Mana Cost: 250/350/450/500
Cooldown: 120/90/75/60
Framework: Pikachu charges with a trail of lightning like Storm Spirit, upon reaching the target, a thunderbolt strikes pikachu and cause fissures on the ground. Enemies hit by the first damage will not be damaged or affected by the second damage. Pikachu loses his hp after casting the spell. Pikachu is invulnerable when casting this spell. Pikachu will scream,"Pikaaaa..." for 0.3 sec and "CHUUUU!!!!" when charging to target.
Notes: This is Pikachu's ULTIMATE. specially made for ganks and to kill irritating int and agi heroes and DPS their butts off afterwards with pika's awesomely fast attack. Causes BIG damage with a chop of Pikachu's hp. Super useful if enemy heroes are walking in a straight line =P. beware of your fragile hp, though

Discussion:

Pikachu's attack will be like Razor, the Lightning Revenant, except the lightning bolt is yellowish blue.

Ok, why pikachu?

1) u love pokemon

2) u have a fetish for frying enemies with electricity

3) u like chubby mice with red cheeks, pointy ears and lightning shaped tails

4) pika pika

Strategy for Pikachu:

Pikachu is a fragile agility ranged hero and with strong spells to counter its rather weak hp. Therefore, pikachu users will kick butt with blitzkrieg tactics and usually initiate ganks with pikachu's volt tackle ultimate. Pikachu users should emphasize on attack speed and mana regeneration, so as to maximize damage with spells and DPS and run away afterwards with Agility. Some others might buff pika up with hp items which is recommended for pika's paperish hp.

Combo 1: Volt Tackle-> Double Team-> DPS DPS DPS-> Thunderbolt-> Hopefully a kill/ Doublekill. (gank)

Combo 2: Thunderbolt spammage(if stunned)-> Double Team-> DPS DPS DPS-> Volt Tackle/ Thunderbolt for half dead/ almost dying hero. (1-on-1)

Recommended items for pikachu:

Satanic/MoM--- Pikachu's dark side(BIGAJUU!!!). Since double team does not deal damage, lifesteal and really crazy DPS plus lifesteal will destroy the opponent. Lifesteal will also compensate for the loss of hp in volt tackle.

Orchid Malevolence--- For mana regeneration and mana itself. Gives pikachu plenty of mana to play electric cooking with AND increases pikachu's already awesome DPS. Whats more? Soul Burn is equal to instant death.

Aganim's Scepter--- For hardcore deep-friers. Pikachu gets pretty decent hp and a HELL LOT MORE MANA to play with. Even more is a better VOLT TACKLE. With so much damage, why not?

2x Bracers for early game, u know what i mean

Lothar's Edge--- Wind Walk may not be needed due to Agility, but it increases your attack speed and damage and an extra escaping skill!

Butterfly--- Luxury item, only needed if irritating DPSers such as FV, SB, TW or other permabashers are around. MORE FRYING POWAH!!!

These items are the primary core items of pikachu, the last 2 are optional and situational.

Changelog:

  • 2009-10-25: Agility- Changes made to avoiding spells only once, and cooldown time and manacost revised Double Team- spell completely changed. instead of the standard image hero, pika achieves true double team where images vanish straightaway after being hit and the images deal no damage Volt Tackle- Initial and Final damage will not stack. initial charging damage will have stun, final thunderclap damage changed to slow.

133 By Stevemotto 2009-12-23

Love the idea. Im surprised no one has thought of this before.....hopefully pika actually becomes a hero to play..

126 By gninnøhcS 2009-11-15

Would really be fun playing, but it would be a hero that cant take a lane for himself - rather easily defeated in the beginning IMO, could you add some more starting str and decrease some of the str added by each lvl?

125 By lim_leslie 2009-11-15

(A Sentinel Expedition Team wandered into the forests of Kanto and the first thing they saw is Pikachu! Caught in a pokeball by Furion himself)lol, this story was funny

124 By xproz1992 2009-11-14

Hmmm... thanks for comment... will work on it =)

123 By Chaos_Fiend 2009-11-13

the double team's pretty weak IMO. One tidebringer from kunkka or arc lightning from zeus or something and they're all dead.

122 By xproz1992 2009-11-12

@118: Double team images deal no damage whatsoever, and one hit is all it takes to destroy that image

121 By holyslayer 2009-11-11

this is sirius?

120 By radomel 2009-11-11
