Ghost Espionage was considered one of the most intelligent and skillful soldiers in the whole race of Terran. His ability to cloak himself, or be invisible, earned himself a nickname of "Ghost". When Terran started abusing his kind for their skills and abilities, Ghost decided to leave the endless war from Starcraft. He lived all by himself secluded, mastering his skills. One day, he heard about his worst enemy Venomencer, and his whereabouts. Although Ghost has tried endless times trying to kill Veno, he never quite made it because Veno was under Zerg's protection. Now Venomencer is all alone knowing nothing about Ghost's plan. Ghost will now lockdown all who gets in his way and make his way through Venomencer. The worst of all, Ghost Espionage is now not afraid to lose his life for the most feared weapon in history of human kind... Nuclear Weapon.

Ocular Implants (R)
Ghost will get Ocular Implants that can make him see farther, which means he can shoot farther too. Also with this vision, he can see through the invisible units, granting him truesight for a short amount of time.
Level 1 - Adds 25 range. When activated, grants truesight around 900 aoe of Ghost for 1.5 seconds.
Level 2 - Adds 50 range. When activated, grants truesight around 1000 aoe of Ghost for 2 seconds.
Level 3 - Adds 75 range. When activated, grants truesight around 1100 aoe of Ghost for 2.5 seconds.
Level 4 - Adds 100 range. When activated, grants truesight around 1200 aoe of Ghost for 3 seconds.
Activating this skill will not disable your cloak.
Mana Cost: 25
Cooldown: 25/20/15/10

Framework: That little sign that represents truesight will pop up above Ghost's head.

Notes: This skill is awesome when it is used with cloak. Your enemies will try to counter you by getting wards. Well no more wards for them! You can simply use this skill and destroy their wards. And what about techies' mines and those windwalking gankers?! Also if your against some rune eaters (20% that its invisibility rune) like pudge and pootm? This will fix ALL those. Let's not forget about nice 100 bonus range. :) (I guess you can use this around Roshan to see if your enemies are roshing without actually going into Roshan's place)

Cloak (C)
Ghost becomes invisible anytime he wants. Ghost will stay invisible until his mana points depletes. Cannot gain ANY mana while he is on cloak.
Level 1 - 100 mana to activate, 40 mana per second to be invisible.
Level 2 - 100 mana to activate, 30 mana per second to be invisible.
Level 3 - 100 mana to activate, 20 mana per second to be invisible.
Level 4 - 100 mana to activate, 10 mana per second to be invisible.
Ghost cannot gain ANY mana and I mean ANY. (His mana regen of course and things like arcane ring or spells)
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 0

Framework: Just like Windwalk.

Notes: This skill doesnt give any bonus ms, backstab damage, it stops your mana gain, and it does cost quite a lot of mana compare to other windwalking skills. So why this skill? ... 0 COOLDOWN!! So you can harass your enemies by cloaking and recloaking and so on. This skill will be amazing once you have enough mana to support it. :)

Lockdown (W)
Ghost uses his C-10 Canister Rifle's special skill. This skill will lock up the enemy dealing damage. Casting range is 600.
Level 1 - Stuns for 0.01 second, 20 damage
Level 2 - Stuns for 1 seconds, 80 damage
Level 3 - Stuns for 2 seconds, 140 damage
Level 4 - Stuns for 3 seconds, 200 damage
Mana Cost: 115/135/155/175
Cooldown: 9

Framework: Kind of like sniper's assassinate with slower and smaller bullet(?). It makes the "lockdown" sound effect from Starcraft.

Notes: This is an amazing stunner. 3 second stun is just amazing. casting range is 600 so it's pretty good for a stunner.

Nuclear Launch (E)
Ghost uses his very last weapon that can end the world. He will sacrifice some of his comrades and even himself in order to reach his goal. Deals same amount of damage to everyone (including allies) and -Ghost himself regardless of location. 1.5 second Channeling. Casting range is 900.
Level 1 - 300 damage to everyone in AoE of 600.
Level 2 - 600 damage to everyone in AoE of 600.
Level 3 - 900 damage to everyone in AoE of 600.
Level 4 - Scepter Upgrade 1200 damage to everyone in AoE of 600.

Using it during cloak will disable cloak.
It will damage Ghost before it damages anyone else.
If the chanel breaks, Ghost will not take any damage.
Mana Cost: 200/400/600/600
Cooldown: 160/150/140/100

Framework: The bomb will be coming down while Ghost is channeling for 1.5 second. If he chanel breaks, then the bomb will just get detroyed in the middle of the air. Kind of like when Techies' ultimate bomb gets destroyed-not when it explodes. Just a big bomb falling out of the sky and exploding in AoE of 600. And while it's coming down, the girl says "nuclear launch detected"

Notes: AHHHHH amazing skill. This can get you easy double and triple kills. But let's not forget that this can kill YOU and your teammates. So... the best way is i guess use when ur enemies are roshing!! but 900 magical damage wont kill anyone... :( The cool down is long, so you have to use it wisely. You will need some hp items to survive through your own ultimate lol.

i know you are not gonna get all those. But u can choose from them. U may have noticed that on the left side, u have supportive items, while on the right side u have hero killing items.

It up to u if u wanna be a supportive or dps. But u can also mix those two up and make a great item build

Refresher Orb Nuke, reloaded.

Dagon U dont have a nuke to kill enemies? well here u go.

Heart of Tarrasque If u really need more hp for ur ult...

The nuke man, :/ really its completely easy to dodge, unless i guess disablers r there. but yeah agreed with Score, his ulti is practical suicide, especially if hes supposed to b an int hero

interesting concept. I loved the ghosts from starcraft. this guy seems to fill in the spot. his skills sync very well. only a few things need to be clarified and adjusted(Nerfed or Buffed). One being the mechanics of the nuke.

How much Damage to buildings?
Does Linkens or BKB block it?

Just some things to think about. Over a good idea.
