When I was a young boy, My father took me into the city To see a marching band. He said, "Son when you grow up, will you be the saviour of the broken, The beaten and the damned?" He said "Will you defeat them, your demons, and all the non believers, the plans that they have made?" Because one day I leave you, A phantom to lead you in the summer, To join the black parade."

Baton Pass (T)
The Phantom throws his baton at a target enemy hero, dealing random damage, making an image and slowing the hero for 20% for 15 seconds. Images take 300% damage. Images last 20 seconds
Level 1 - deals 75 - 110 damage, Makes 1 image, deals 10% damage
Level 2 - deals 110 - 145 damage, Makes 1 image, deals 20% damage
Level 3 - deals 145 - 210 damage, Makes 2 images, each deals 30% damage
Level 4 - deals 210 - 275 damage, Makes 2 images, each deals 40% damage
Mana Cost: 85/ 100/ 115/ 130
Cooldown: 15

Framework: Throws a bone-shaped projectile at the target, slowing it. Images appear beside the hero hit by the spell

Notes: A slow + image skill. Useful in late games

Misery (E)
Curses an area with the Phantom's misery causing all enemy heroes to be silenced and take damage over time. Misery lasts 10 seconds. 5 seconds after the duration, if an enemy hero casts a spell, he will be silenced again for 5 seconds and slowed by 30% for 15 seconds.
Level 1 - 10 damage per second. AoE of 300
Level 2 - 20 damage per second. AoE of 350
Level 3 - 30 damage per second. AoE of 400
Level 4 - 40 damage per second. AoE of 450
Mana Cost: 85/105/125/145
Cooldown: 10/10/15/15

Framework: like Pugna's Nether Blast, only black.

Notes: an AoE silence/damage. Stops spammers from abusing spells

We'll Carry On (R)
As the Phantom leads the parade, he invokes an unholy aura around him, giving a chance to resurrect corpses within 600 AoE around him as Skeleton Warriors. When Skeleton Warriors die, they slow all enemy units for 30% in 550 AoE. Skeleton Warriors last 15 seconds. Slow lasts 10 seconds.
Level 1 - 10% chance. Each Skeleton Warrior has 250hp, 1 armor and deals 20-30 damage. 2 Max
Level 2 - 15% chance. Each Skeleton Warrior has 300hp, 2 armor and deals 30-40 damage. 3 Max
Level 3 - 20% chance. Each Skeleton Warrior has 350hp, 3 armor and deals 40-50 damage. 4 max
Level 4 - 25% chance. Each Skeleton Warrior has 400hp, 4 armor and deals 50-60 damage. 5 Max
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Framework: When a point is put in this, swirling black things surround the Phantom

Notes: a farming/pushing skill. They slow helps in ganks and team fights.

Defiance (C)
When the Phantom dies, as a final act of defiance, silences all enemy heroes for 5 seconds and damages them for 20% of the Phantom's max hp. Also gives a chance that a random enemy hero will take damage equal to 1/2 of current HP of that hero. Damaged hero will be seen by all allies on minimap for 15 seconds. Passively reduces revive time for the Phantom.
Level 1 - 5% chance. Reduces 7% revive time
Level 2 - 10% chance. Reduces 8% revive time
Level 3 - 15% chance. Reduces 9% revive time
Level 4 - 20% chance. Reduces 10% revive time

Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Framework: After he dies, silences and damages all enemy heroes.

Notes: A final disable skill for helping allies. All allies see damaged hero (truesight) for 20 seconds.

SKILL SYNERGIES:

1st + 2nd = A major disable. Gets rid of annoying spammers, while your images whack at them

1st + 3rd = A pushing skill. Gets rid of towers easily. Gives Black excellent lane control

2nd + Ulti = A final disable. Helps allies pick off enemy heroes who try to gank them. cast 2nd skill before dying to silence them. If Ulti triggers, makes it easier for allies to kill run-away enemy heroes. Ulti is scary at late game.

As you see, Bloodstone is a must for every build. It synchronizes well with your Ulti and is a good support/kill/push item.

BEST ALLIES:

If your Ulti triggers, Strygwyr's thirst is activated, making it easy for him to get a kill

Once Furion sees damages enemy, he can just teleport to him and kill.

your Ulti + Reaper's Scythe = insta-kill

WORST ENEMIES:

Stunners, Disablers and Mana burners, but the most irritating is Raigor Stonehoof - The Earthshaker . His Ulti can KILL you, especially with all your Skeleton Warriors around you.

Neat ideas but its sort of weak. Except the bits you HAVE to change. Its all pretty cool but you've got the values all wrong...
Such as: 15 second slow (the 20% AND the 30%). And: the ultimate - whats 12% to do half damage to the enemy and, wow, 8% revive time?? As in, -8% leaving 92%? Its not worth putting skill points into other than the silence (which may be imba for lvl1 skill but not for lvl3). Oh, and its a SUICIDE skill that doesn't actually help very much.

Clarification:
Baton Pass - images of yourself? Images also lasting 15 seconds?
Misery - units in the AOE get a 5 second silence buff then a second buff that works like Silencer's Last Word aura, correct?
We'll Carry On - if theres a corpse within the AOE (assume its either just died or he just walked next to it) it has a % chance to reanimate that corpse?

I think I understand the Ultimate, I just don't like the values. Possibly make it more dangerous? Like, I dunno, a 20% chance to damage ALL enemy heroes or something.
And the silences on all skills should ramp up. Not straight 5 second silence, maybe 2/3/4/5 and 3/4/5 for the Ultimate.

Overall, good planning but it needs to be fixed up. I will rate after fixes and more comments. Nice picture, looks like you did it yourself (coming from someone who loves to draw).

Baton Pass is now uber imba, Defiance should NOT under any circumstances do damage equal to 20% of HIS max hp - 20% of THEIRS maybe, not HIS. 20% of HIS means he gets 5 Hearts and BoT and walks in and sits there then he dies then they all die.

Didn't do anything to the Silences like I suggested. Lookin bad in terms of ratings, keeping mine still...

IMBA hero, purely because every slow lasts too damn long. Shorten all the slows, weaken the skeletons, weaken the DOT on Misery, and basically trash this hero, become original, comeback, and post an idea that's actually somewhat of a half-rate decent idea.

first off ill begin by saying, good job at NOT citing/crediting the MCR lyrics.

now we can move on to the pathetic waste of an idea called the phantom

Now if you've bothered to look at any other hero closely, you'll notice that their stats gain ranges usually from 6.0 to 6.5. Your measley 5.7 in stats will get pulverized by others.

now on to his abilities/skill/spells

Again if you've bothered to look at any other heroes, you'll notice that the ones with silence spells usually max the silence at 6 seconds, and its only a silence. (meaning that there aren't any other effects of the spell) The Silencer, his name defining his skills has the only global silence in the game, with his ult at 5sec. again it only a silence, no damage, no visibility. Point being YOUR SILENCES ARE WAY TOO LONGGGGG

Next lets look at the slowing effects. Now while a 30% or 20% slow isn't as much as a frost attack or frost arrows, once again we see that the duration of the slow is only 2-3 seconds NOT 10-15. Of course im assuming that you're not dumb enough to think that your slows stack. Point being once again SLOWS ARE TOO LONGGGGG.

Next lets look at the images/skeletons. It looks as if you've actually looked at a real hero for these. Images are standard, but any other image spells only create images, NOT damage as well as an imba slow. The skeletons in this are very similar to the dirge. Again it looks as if you've looked at a real hero. only problem with them is again the length of the slow.

Finally as an overall hero, the only off set to the ridiculously imba abilities is the lack of stats. Im not sure if you did that on purpose, or is just random coincidence because you suck at making up heroes.

If i could, id rate this a 0 out of 10 but as it stands i can only give you a 1

Ok i stand corrected. there are other heroes with 5.7 in stats, but not many. I did a quick search and the tauren was the one that i came up with. If you notice any others plz post. its just that most heroes in dota have about 6.2 stats gain

Yeah imba. I just dont know how no1 else sees it.

First skill...if you hit they are slowed for 15 seconds by 20%. At all levels. If you remove that the spell is okay but dmg 15s slow and an image for 130 mana is too low.

Second Skill...Basically you silence an AOE area (like drow does) for longer than the current releases of the spell. Then you add to the fact that they recieve damage (higher that dmg/sec of word, almost as much as poison strike). Ontop of that...even after it is over they cant cast a spell or else they will be under the effect another 5 seconds and add a slow to that. This greater than most ulti spells is all for the high mana cost of 145. With a 15 second CD they can be permanently under this ability if your any good.

Third Skill...Passively summon skelies from corpses for 0 mana. Look at dirges summons and make your something like that.

Ulti...Passive lower revive time...good. Chance to deal damage to heros, bad. Its such a high amount of dmg. With 2k hp when you die you do Silencers ultimate, Global Silence, and have a 20% chance to also trigger off zeus's ultimate or higher. With 2k hp its 400dmg. Get rid of the silence...you already made this hero ibma enough.

I actually think the the ultimate is not bad, it's very powerful with a combination of Zeus's all-hero-hit spell and Silencer's all-hero-sillence spell so one would think this is rigged. But to be activated you must die... Not bad indeed but I find the extra chance to take half hp of someone's remaining hp a bit, unpractible. So if you die 5 times, there is a chance that someone will be left with 30% hp? wait, will the extra chance effect happen before or after the already 20% attack?

We'll carry on remind's me of zombie man'z zombies and misery is like rain of fire with smoke screen (and some dark effects). Baton pass is quite a neat idea.

All in all, Not bad, could be a lil more creative with the fact that he's a Parader man. I would give him something like...March of the Dead as a passive to increase the potency of the skels like phantom's phantom edge.

Q: What kind of image will appear for 1st skill, the user or the target?

Concept = 2/10 (I really couldn't take another skeleton in the scourge. 4 is enough, c'mon!).

Skill Synergy = 5/10 (Defiance ruins the skill synergy. Only the first 3 skills are nice, considering he is a summoner/illusionist, and his ultimate requires the hero to die... useless, he is not techies!!)

Ok lets just remember that u can't just steal the lyrics from the black parade, a) because that's could actually result in a case, and b) because it's a very gay song. No offence. Your hero is a reasonable good idea, however i do think a few things are imba.

1. 20% and 30% slows are fine, except for 15 seconds. Maybe you should think more like for 5 seconds.

2. The ulti is incredibly imba. Are you suggesting that a lvl 1 ulti, would respawn black in 6% of the normal time, and suggesting that if you die at level 6 as first blood or something, you will respawn in about .5 seconds?

3. Ulti is will randomise and act like Huskar's without slow.

4. More of a suicide character.

5. Skeleton things are like KOTL's ulti except not as good.

6. 40hp for 10secs to AoE? Bit imba.

7. Why would you buff already imba skills i changelog? lol.

I do like the silences (and one of my fave heroes is pugna so...). It's actually very good work but it needs major nerfing.

Well, it is a bit weak, and an Int hero has pretty low HP, a sacrifice skill would be kinda useful for these, but also pretty stupid. It should also say if the Ult works with the Aegis of the Immortal. Plus, if it deals a % of your health, Int heroes can't do much, itd be better for a Str hero.

ok all im gonna say is you get this guy to follow agi char and he puts the silence at rank 2 and it is game if the PP has a bottle 10 sec stun+10 sec cd= gg
bottom line...
throw on BoTs and not only have you made their team nearly useless but you become nearly untouchable. increase cd's, decrease slow and silence effects and choose ONE effect for each spell or greatly nerf the spell effects as a whole then we'll talk about plausibility...

why weak? i think this hero is imba.. in team battles this hero would be much of a use... so many slowing skills and has a fog that could stop channeling spells.
