Perfice - Ending Reaper

Grim Nightbolt is rediculous. You tap G 5 times and you have a 97.5% difference between your's and any targets speed. What if you maxed Nightbolt out on like 3 targets That means that you gain +97.5% movement speed for 160 mana. HOLY CHRIST!

Finish is kinda a strange ultimate, like this character is meant to suck maybe? And if you aren't sucking with him then it's almost useless. I dunno, don't really like it that much.

Silencer, krob, and drow should be on your buddy list, and orchid of malevolence should be on your item list. 12.5 seconds worth of silence is nasty.

I'm kinda of waiting for a remake before I vote on this guy, he needs some work.

And your stat gain is like a limp penis.

u should do some cooldown on the nightbolt and make it do smalla amount of dmg and stack like 3 times.

3 second cooldown and make some dmg.

i think have nightbolt have, at least say, a 3 sec cooldown. its okay about the max limit of it but make each strike lasts 4 to 5 sec.

first skill is weak
2nd skill is okay
3rd skill is hell ridiculous
4th skill seem useless

So... get like 3 hearts, get lowered to 30% health, then run into the entire enemy team and kill all of them and then revive before they do? This hero is highly imbalanced -_-

i like that ulti. its quite usefull actually. ive found my self in a ganking situation wishing i could keep them from killing me. but if i kno it i try to suicide in neutralls. thiis suicides and deals a good deal of damage. plus half revive and half gold loss, this skill is like a 1 time vesrion of shallow grave that deals damage verry nice

u kno grim night bolt isnt that rigged if u look at it. cuz if a hero has lets say 400 ms take 65% of that is is like 260, take that number and take away 50% and thats the movespeed you get as a bonus. thats only 130 it helps, i think he should make and specify that it only effects 1 target at a time. now your shield is very nice skill idea i like that alot. deffinentaly screw any melee heros day up its pretty nice but only deal miniscule damage range each hit (hero with 200 attack (with items and what not) attacks you 20% of 200 is 40 and then 15% of that isnt even worth damage...6 damage. pointless.) make the shield stronger.

see your silence is too strong, cuz look. not only that it gives MORE silence time than dro. its almost certain your hitting the hero because its a seeking skill. dro has a chance to miss(if you miss with that giant aoe just uninstall the game)..

all in all i give this hero about a 6/7 right now ill rate after some changes. very nice idea


p.s. up his intelegence gain. hes int based and his agi gains more? wtf
and slow his attack speed he starts .20 attack speed faster than void. no way are u gunna lose with a fast attacking int hero that farms like hell in begining

No nuke and farming skill. Too low stat gains. High ms but low aspd and damage. His ulti a bit sux because he is an int hero. Better stick with sunder or dazzle ulti. 7/10

The point everyone is making about the Nightbolt tingy is that lets say that hero has 400 ms and you take the 260 away, so half of that is 130 like you said. That means that you now have 390 more ms than they do, which is almost as much as they started out. Basically you are going to be running 2-2.5x faster than your targets. Way to damn good.

Deafening shriek : I think this spell is fine, because it's longer than most silences but only affects one target without fail. Not that original but quite acceptable

Nightshield : Not really that good, in my opinion. You reduce damage by 20% and 12% of that damage is sent back, that's not very much at all but it works well late game I suppose. You should keep the percentage of splashed damage the same for every level though because the amount will just increase with the initial damage reduction anyway. This will make it better early game.

Grim Nightbolt : Totally agree with MrZombie about the grim nightbolts. It's like meepo's geostrike but ranged AND increases your speed, how long would it last anyway? To make it better, you should (as it has already been mentionned) add a cooldown like 3-4 seconds and make it only work on one target at a time. The cooldown means that, no matter how fast you attack, they still have at least a chance of getting out before it's too late. It's only fair

Finish : I don't like the ultimate one bit. No one will be able to kill this guy, ever! And it deals quite a bit of damage. And with a cooldown that short, and with a mana cost of 100!!?? forget about it! You need the mana to ramp UP, not down. Go with 150-250-350, that seems better, and make your cooldown at LEAST twice as long, I would even say 150-180 sec cooldown. It's an alright idea but with the stats you gave it, makes this hero way too imba, you need to change that, I'm sure everyone else would agree. Also, make it only target 1 enemy hero (and heroes in between you and your target, maybe).


Overall, this hero has no real damaging abilities unless he kills himself and keeps making me think of the stupid suicidal techies, which I hate so much. You should maybe try to explain your skills in your discussion and add some synergies too. I will rate later

no cd,and no explanation on how it is done,simply crazy,so i assume that each time you attack an enemy hero,you steal their move speed?what if hes hasted?,you steal 364 ms from them?

I agree with all comments about Nightbolt. Seems utterly ridiculous. I also dislike the ultimate a lot. Deafening Shriek is fine and balanced. Nightshield really just seems like a cross between Visage's and Bristleback's passives and totals more than 50% of the bonuses of those.
Stat gains are miserable and the skills do not make up for it. Your DPS build also has two orbs (plus Skadi-Ranged that doesn't work with Manta anyway).

make the speed reduce to only 40%(MAX)
and make it take 4 attacks to get there(10%move speed each hit) make the move speed bonus that you get 50% of the 40% reduced, so lets say 375 move speed reduced by 40%= 125 not a bad reduce.Take 50% of 125 for the bonus thats only 75 move speed gained. i say thats perfectly balanced knowing that this does NO damage

you seem to not understand the real part of grim nightbolt which is terribly imba.it makes ganking deadly.it makes pushing hard.it makes sb ineffective.it also makes chasers becomes total turtles.

first off, nobody cares enough that Perfice means finish in latin.
there are many heroes in dota with far deeper names than that.
if you wish to sound intelligent please just put it down the bottom to replace your rant about axe because as everyone knows VANGUARD DOESN'T STACK WITH ITSELF.

Deafening shriek) silences 1 unit for 8 seconds, seems fair enough.

Nightshield) fuse a couple of bogus skills together, half the stats and you have one semi-bogus skill. because of they way you stuck them together (here meaning with double sided sticky tape and pipe cleaners) this skill is very very weak, they only thing it has going for it is the 20% damage reduction.

if it was an orb effect half of the imbalance would be gone, the other half would come from halving every value in it, doubling the mana cost and giving it a 1.5-3 second cooldown.

if you commit suicide YES half revive time, NO half gold loss, why? half of nothing is nothing.

this would suggest that it has an AoE, please specify the AoE

Nightshield: *Sigh* Anyone else reminded of Gravekeeper's Cloak? Cause Bard Man sure is. Also, The Necrolyte's skill isn't a shield, it's an AURA.


Grim Nightbolt: Imba as all hell. This spell basicly makes you faster then Balanar, Nassaj, and Banehollow. The Three Fastest A-holes in the game(Also Bard Man's fav heroes). This needs a Re-make or a good clean strike with the nerfin' stick.

Finish: First, get a better name. Second, make it less useless.

Here's a new name that you might like: Grim Finale

Ok, after you NERF that third skill, bring up the Stat gain a bit. Atleast get it to a total of 6.3. Maybe give him ore STR and less AGI since his ult needs high health to work.

Finally, add a section to the discussion area for the indavidual skills and how they synergize.

Okay...this hero is gay... lets rate it according to its skills.
Deafening Shriek: 8 Seconds silence, pure gayness. Silencers global silence is only 6 seconds, and its his ultimate. This skill is only a minor skill and its even gayer than global silence. Might as well call this Silencer. Change it to a 4sec silence, best.
Nightshield: Okay... almost on par with spectre's disperse. But reduce the damage reduction.
Grim Nightbolt: This is the gay skill. I recommend changing the skill entirely to a skill , at least 15 second cooldown, around 40% slow and a 12%speed stolen.
Finish: Wtf... then every 60 seconds, this guy come out and hunt, when dying he suicides, and its almost a sure beyong godlike and cant have his streak end. If he has bkb, almost impossible to die... cant even disable. Only permabash can work.

Drow and Krobelus both have 6 second AOE silences, I was hoping I wouldn't have to point that out. Considering, 6 seconds times 3-5 heroes maybe. 30 seconds between them. 8x1 hero is just 8 by comparison.

the only reson this skill does not seem rigged against silencers 6 second silence its because it ulti is a global. ur effecting all enemie heroes

the thing i like most about u ppl who post their hero ideeas is that most of u never played warcaft 3 in your life and dont no that for a new hero in dota u need a warcaft3 model or lets say a Body for your character and if u dont have a model(taken from those available in w3) then u can stick your hero up your pee hole , you get 1 star for no model or model sugetions

-4.9 stat gain is WEAK! At leas 6.1 is required, if you are too skill dependant then 5.9 but you are just too weak. All you do is basically, silence slow and deal your crappy HP as a nuke to your opponent.

second... you haven't changed anything which has made me decide to nuke this heroes rating because he was a 3/10 to begin with... but you've made no effort to change him.

He's broke as shit when it comes to the nightbolt, but his defense shield thing is nigh useless... the background is uncreative and his stat gain is weak.

Nah, Necrolyte isn't really a Reaper. He's kidof a support hero. Also, there was a Reaper hero made before this guy in the Dream Heroes section. Made By Faust The Dark Knight. It was pretty cool.

I don't see why this spell is overpowered.

Bull fuckin shit. 3 x 52.5 = 157.5 speed. If you have boots, you have maxxed out speed. Not cheap your ass, not overpowered MY ass.

Okay That What i Say After Looking This Hero For Some Few Secunds.

Deafening Shriek is hell of a imbalance skills, like omg you can already throw away drow because of this and Grim Nightbolt,´so maybe you just need to adjust that 4 secunds silence no matter int hero or what, then don,t need to lower/increase dmg.

Nightshield is ok as it is, nice aura to helping allies and put that skills on an int hero seems fair,(or it will be little bit overpowered if give it to agi/str hero)

Grim Nightbolt is LOOOOOL O_O, omg you throw away traxex because of this, like 65 % speed reduction and gain 50 % of the speed reduction? omg think what happens if omni is on your team or you team with traxex, that is very very imbalanced, more overpowered then feeded earthshaker, and if balanar(at night about 518 ms like highest he can get or...) and if he try to run from you with little hp like reduce him with 20%, ok fine he can still excape but the skills is like targeting hero so is little impossible to miss the seconds because balanar ms is reduced to 414.4, and decrease another 20 % and decreased to 331.52, while he decreasing, grim reaper increase his ms, the first increase about 51.8 and we say he has 365 movement speed from begining without bot of traveler, and getting tottalt like 416 at the first hit of grim nightbolt, and balanar has 414.4 ms and from beginign he has 518 ??? and seconds strike like omg, when balanar is decreased to 331.51, he get another 50 % ms, and have tottalt 457.44 and that is more then 100 ms difference, and you can already run a small marathon around balanar and balanar will think * WHAT THE FUCK, YOU FUCKING RETARD, JUST KILL ME* and with the third strike of grim nightbolt, hehe i don,t need to explain more as you can see, because is to sad to write what will happened to balanar when the third strike of grim nighbolt will come.If i was balanar there i will just restart the computer and report to the website dota-allstar and tell them fucking retarded people who put that hero in, i gonna k*** you, your f****** b****, and the final thought, is balanar the ultimate chaser...or is that you...? you maybe think oh lol balanar have the slow skill (forgot the name) but NO! the IMBA Grim reaper have silence lol, maybe it will just silencing some sec but is already to late, he can still attacking while slowing, and after grim release the slow he strike again and a 20 secunds cooldown maybe is to long to release it twince in a chase agasint balanar, but is possible, if balanar is lucky/skillsful AND the repear is A VERY VERY NOOB/KID/a blind person who try to play dota.... if Balanar still live after the son of a b**** chasing him for about 25 seconds and released twice silence and dmg, his friends will come and helping him, but NO AGAIN! And the uli...i have explained a lot with the grim nightbolt, a nive thought that don,t let other getting gold, but that supposed to be a ulti? and deal 100% of your hitpoints? is worse then lions ulti + dagon (lvl5), and is deal to ENEMY, NOT TARGET IS FREAKING RETARDED ULTI MAN!!! WHAT THE POINT ? GETTING SOME REAL HP AND MOVEMENT SPEED AND CALL THEM TO MEET OUTSIDE THE ROSH AND SUICIDE INTO 5 HEROES? YOU CAN GET 5 KILLS IN A ROW YOU KNOW THAT ? AND SLOW THEM EACH OF NIGHTBOLT ONCE,TWICE OF YEAH I FORGOT ALMOST AND BAM SUICIDE*

And the last movement speed NEED to deacrease, is int hero after all and with that grim nightbolt...and getting 2 point str each level? LOL int is your primary skills you gonna spend a lot in to int instead, and with that 2 point str each lvl up, looks like you tell them to suicide....just make a new hero shall you hopes it will atleast better then this one
