Down below is Satan, up above are the Gods. But what is in the middle?
One of the many feared grim reapers, comes Perfice (Meaning "FINISH!" in Latin) one of the most brutal Reapers that show no remorse to any mortal whatsoever. After learning that the Burning Legion, The Scourge, Sentinel and more are causing wreckage to Azeroth, he is filled with rage. He now has joined a high rank in The Scourge and prepares to end The Sentinel. |

Deafening Shriek (S)
Perfice nukes the enemy and for each 200 total mana the opponent has, it is silenced. The silence effect lasts for half time against INT heroes.
Level 1 - Perfice delivers a deafining blow to the enemy, dealing 70 damage and silencing the enemy for X amount of time.
Level 2 - Perfice delivers a deafining blow to the enemy, dealing 120 damage and silencing the enemy for X amount of time.
Level 3 - Perfice delivers a deafining blow to the enemy, dealing 160 damage and silencing the enemy for X amount of time.
Level 4 - Perfice delivers a deafining blow to the enemy, dealing 200 damage and silencing the enemy for X amount of time.
Since I was clumsy enough to give Perfice a nuke, well here it is - still with deafinign shrieks original effect.
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 20Framework: Perfice fires a very small purple missile at the enemy. Notes: Alright. Say, if techies has 2000 Mana, and Perfice uses this spell against him. It will deal 200 damage at full rank, and silence techies for 10 seconds. BUT - since techies an int hero, it will silence for only 5 seconds.
Example on Night Stalker. Say he has 800 mana, the silence will last for 4 seconds, and will NOT be halved since his primary stat is not intelligence. |

Nightshield (N)
An aura that surrounds Perfice and reduces incoming damage, and inflicts it back to the enemy.
Level 1 - 10% Damage Reduction, 3% of damage reduced is splashed on a 450 AoE around Perfice.
Level 2 - 15% Damage Reduction, 6% of damage reduced is splashed on a 450 AoE around Perfice.
Level 3 - 20% Damage Reduction, 9% of damage reduced is splashed on a 450 AoE around Perfice.
Level 4 - 25% Damage Reduction, 12% of damage reduced is splashed on a 450 AoE around Perfice.
The whole point of this is to not make this hero "squishy" to melee heroes, and actually give him a toe-to-toe fighting chance.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/AFramework: Greenish/Blue particles fly around Perfice, and small yellow puffs blow out when damage is inflicted back onto the enemy. Notes: This is Perfice's key defense, and is pretty much the only thing that can save him. Works like Rotunds Shield, mixed with Visage's shield. |

Grim Nightbolt (G)
A bolt that smashes into the enemy, decreasing its movement speed each attack.
Level 1 - Each successful Grim Nightbolt landing on the enemy slows the targets' movement speed by 5%, stacking up to a maximum of 20% movement speed reduction. 50% of the total speed deducted is given to Perfice's movement speed. 550 Range. Extra movespeed effect lasts for 5 seconds.
Level 2 - Each successful Grim Nightbolt landing on the enemy slows the targets' movement speed by 10%, stacking up to a maximum of 30% movement speed reduction. 50% of the total speed deducted is given to Perfice's movement speed. 550 Range.
Level 3 - Each successful Grim Nightbolt landing on the enemy slows the targets' movement speed by 15%, stacking up to a maximum of 50% movement speed reduction. 50% of the total speed deducted is given to Perfice's movement speed. 550 Range.
Level 4 - Each successful Grim Nightbolt landing on the enemy slows the targets' movement speed by 20%, stacking up to a maximum of 65% movement speed reduction. 50% of the total speed deducted is given to Perfice's movement speed. 550 Range.
I don't see why this spell is overpowered.
You only get about 52.5 move speed on a 350 speed hero when this is spammed onto them 3 times. You don't get anymore than that since you can only use it on an opponent 3 times.

Finish (F)
When Perfice is about to meet death, this is his last chance of dealing enough damage to kill both him and his enemy.
Level 1 - Usable only when Perfice is under 20% of his total Hit Points. Deals 100% of Perfice's total hit points to the enemy, and causing Perfice to suicide and lose only half gold, and revive in half time.
Level 2 - Usable only when Perfice is under 25% of his total Hit Points. Deals 100% of Perfice's total hit points to the enemy, and causing Perfice to suicide and lose only half gold, and revive in half time.
Level 3 - Usable only when Perfice is under 30% of his total Hit Points. Deals 100% of Perfice's total hit points to the enemy, and causing Perfice to suicide and lose only half gold, and revive in half time.
Level 4 - N/A
Ok.. I will explain this better.
What is it useful for? The whole point of DotA is survival, and making sure you don't feed. If you are going to die, there is no way to escape... say, tree has rooted you down, you are stunned, etc - you simply blow yourself up, and u only lose HALF, plus a very high chance of killing ur opponent.

Cooldown: 60Framework: A huge black and yellow explosion that destroys surrounding trees. Notes: Can be used to kill other heroes, or just save yourself from being a victim of death.

Items for Perfice - End Reaper. EARLY GAME:    MID-GAME:     LATE-GAME:     END-GAME:       Best-possible build (No Rapiers): Why:
Blade Mail: This stacks with Perfice's 2nd spell. With 2x Blade Mail, you get armor AND damage redirection. This will pretty much RAPE any assassins or other melee-type heroes since your second spell will also reduce incoming damage, and redirect it onto the misfortunate hero. Satanic, or Vladmir: For Satanic, you will need the Lifesteal since you are a fragile Int hero. The Strength is also the main reason, since it will improve the total damage of your ulti. Vladmir's is a cheap version of Satanic. Same reason, but the armor + bril. aura is very nice. Heart of Tarrasque: This is to improve your HP regen while farming, and also improving the total damage of your Ulti. Shiva's Guard: +15 Armor on an Int Item? This is JUST for you! The armor reduction will help you take more damage, while it is being afflicted onto the enemy. This can also be used to help you escape, or just smash enemies around you. REALLY GOOD ALLIES TO TEAM UP WITH:        HEROES TO WATCH OUT FOR!        Axe is clearly your main baddy. His ulti can INSTANTLY prevent you from casting your ulti. DIFFERENT UNIQUE BUILDS: Tanking: DPS:
Perfice wouldn't be really efficient in tanking.
- HUGE WARNING - When going up against Axe, it is best to throw away Perfice's key build and try out this one. Why? Because once axe gets his 2 Vanguards then there goes your two whole blade mails, and prevents damage onto Axe from your second spell. This is recomended against heroes that stack Vangaurds/Hearts/Armor, etc. This is an extremely costly build so just farm, farm, farm, farm and farm. AVOID FEEDING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Get in cheapest order you can, and make sure you upgrade your dagon so you are actually hurting the tank against you. Also, to all those comments concerning the strat: WTF? Lol. This hero isn't even 'real', how is it possible for me to better explain a strat for something that doesn't exsist. Use your head.
