Shall we unite, my friends from all corners! Being the King of Neutrals, he commands utmost power and authority, even Roshan obeys him. He is the one and only who can control all the neutral creeps. His horns are deemed as "Heaven and Earth" - the abilty to control all neutral creeps from all corners. He once resides in an unknown quiet village, training his disciples to be as powerful as him. Then came the Scourge. The grand army of millions hailed him, requesting him to join their forces and their conquest of defeating the Sentinel. Being an ambitious and ego man, he accepted. From then on, he is one of the legendary hero of the Scourge, even the Sentinel trembles upon his big name- Kazaam
Rush of the Darkness Rush of the Darkness (s)
Summons the legendary Dark Horse, the only descendants of the "Red Hare" breed. Kazaam mounts it, with an increased movement speed and additional damage increase. Ideal for short-distance chase.
Level 1 - Increase movement speed that is equivalent to 10% of the targeted unit. Additional damage increase of 2/sec over 15 seconds. Loses 5hp/sec. Last 15 seconds.
Level 2 - Increase movement speed that is equivalent to 15% of the targeted unit. Additional damage increase of 3/sec over 15 seconds. Loses 5hp/sec. Last 15 seconds.
Level 3 - Increase movement speed that is equivalent to 20% of the targeted unit. Additional damage increase of 3.5/sec over 15 seconds. Loses 10hp/sec. Last 15 seconds.
Level 4 - Increase movement speed that is equivalent to 25% of the targeted unit. Additional damage increase of 4/sec over 15 seconds. Loses 10hp/sec. Last 15 seconds.
Can only be cast on self. Ideal for chasing. Turns to ranged mode. Range of 400.
Mana Cost: 150/170/190/220
Cooldown: 25
Framework: Kazaam mounts upon a dark red horse.(similar to Lord of Avernus) with burning flames ignite on him and the horse.
Notes: It's additional damage increase, not additional damage intake increase.!* Can kill or deny itself.
The Grand Call The Grand Call (C)
With a deafening roar, Kazaam commands the neutral creeps of the whole map to scout upon their area. Reveals invisible units and techies's bombs.
Level 1 - Last 5 seconds. Small radius of 300 is revealed. Reveals area only.
Level 2 - Last 6 seconds. Small radius of 380 is revealed. Reveals area only.
Level 3 - Last 6 seconds. Medium radius of 420 is revealed. Reveals invisible units and area only.
Level 4 - Last 7 seconds. Wide range of 500 is revealed. Reveals invisible units, area and techies' bombs.
Avoid ganks easily at early game, but at a high mana cost.
Mana Cost: 100/125/150/200
Cooldown: 60/70/70/70
Framework: Similar to icon, he holds his hand up high, with a bright ray shining upon his hand. A recognizable roar is heard on the whole map. Area is then revealed.
Notes: The high mana cost for a strength hero makes sure it is unable to spam. The roar can avoid ganks without even contact as they know he used this spell.
Hail the King Hail the King (N/A)
Upon the arrival of Kazaam, enemy units will sacrifice their health for him, as a tribute for his grand arrival.
Level 1 - Range of 450. Enemy units lose 1% of their health points and an armor reduction of 1.
Level 2 - Range of 550. Enemy units lose 1% of their health points and an armor reduction of 2.
Level 3 - Range of 650. Enemy units lose 2% of their health points and an armor reduction of 2.
Level 4 - Range of 800. Enemy units lose 2% of their health points and an armor reduction of 3.
Passive.

Cooldown: N/A
Framework: Three skulls or souls revolve around Kazaam, illuminating a green glow. (Similar to Heartstopper's aura)
Notes: Ideal for lane control. When enemy units' hp reached 20%, this aura doest not affect them.

Upon his death, his disciples,creeps and allies could not contain their anger. To avenge him, they joined their souls together, to summon the most powerful monster of Dota, Bizzard. A meteor shower follows his arrival.
Level 1 - Summons Bizzard. Hp of 1500. Bonus damage of 30. Has cleaving attack. A meteor shower of AOE 400 ,lasting 1 seconds, stuns enemy units for 0.5/hit. Shares the same attributes as Kazaam. Movement speed remains the same. Damage type is pure.
Level 2 - Summons Lesser Bizzard. Hp of 2000. Bonus damage of 60. Has cleaving attack and ability to change to ranged mode. A meteor shower of AOE 400 ,lasting 2 seconds, stuns enemy units for 0.5/hit. Bizzard's attribute is 50% of Kazaam's. Movement speed remains the same. Damage type is pure. seconds.
Level 3 - Summons Great Bizzard. Hp of 2500. Bonus damage of 80. Has cleaving attack and ability to change to ranged mode. A meteor showerof AOE 450,lasting 2 seconds, stuns enemy units for 0.5/hit. Bizzard's attribute is 40% of Kazaam's. Movement speed remains the same. Damage type is pure. Last for 40 seconds.
Level 4 - Summons Greater Bizzard. Hp of 3000. Bonus damage of 100. Has cleaving attack, ability to change to ranged mode and frost attack. A meteor shower of AOE 500 ,lasting 2 seconds, stuns enemy unit for 1/hit. Bizzard's attribute is 40% of Kazaam's. Movement speed remains the same. Damage type is pure. Last for 40 seconds.

Auto. Only activated when Kazaam dies. Can be controlled.
Mana Cost: 200/250/300/300
Cooldown: 300
Framework: The meteor showers is similar to Pit Lord's. Blizzard is a creature that combines an ice lizard and rock golem together. Slides not run. Has a pair of hands and legs. Upon ranged, he spits venom that slows enemy.
Notes: When Kazaam is revived, Bizzard automatically disappeared into ashes. The meteor showers arrive first before Bizzard appears. For that period of time, all neutral creeps are dead.

 
 

Discussion:

I hope this hero is well appreciated by all levels of players - from amateurs to professional.

 

Appearance

The icon says it all. But with his aura, he looks more demonic and deadly. His two horns make him look more like a king.

 

Pros

-Easy to escape death

-Easy to kill enemy

-Able to play early,mid and late game.

-A lane controller

-Can avoid ganks

-Able to kill, even after death.

 

Cons

-Low mana

-High manacost for spells.

-Can't chase for long, as he will dismount automatically.

-Aura can't kill.

-No good nukes.

 

Skills synergies

Hail the KingRush of the Darkness

this two skills can ensure a good kill for short distance chase. "Hail the King" reduces armor and make enemy units lose hp. " Rush of the Darkness" increase damage and movement speed. Thus, he can kill opponent with slow movement speed.

 

Rush of the DarknessThree Cheers for Sweet Revenge

When you are being ganked or ganking, "Rush of the Darkness" makes you lose hp and increases your damage. At this period of time, you would have at least makes opponent loses some serious hp. When dead, your ulti can finish off the enemy. Also, at pushing moments or raxing towers, the first skill makes you die faster and your ulti will activate.

 

 

Good Allies

Rotund`jere - The Necrolyte

Necrolyte. Able to heal you as to your first skill would cause you to lose some hp. Necrolyte's ulti can finish off your kill if you cant kill him.

Purist Thunderwrath - The Omniknight

Omniknight. Degen Aura can help you chase faster to finish off heroes. Purification makes sure you dont die while chasing and deals opponent moderate damage . Repel makes you more tankable. Guardian Angel enables you to escape or kill opponents if both are at low health.

 

Dazzle - Shadow Priest

Shadow Priest. Poison Touch slows opponent and with Rush of Darkness, this will make a quick kill. Shadow Weave + Hail the King makes your opponent almost armorless, or even worse. Shadow Wave heals you and deals enemy units. Shallow Grave makes sure you doesnt activate your ulti. Thus, making sure it will not turn into a waste.

Rooftrellen - The Treant Protector

Together with Treant Protector, you two sure are a matching killer pair. Living Armor increases your armor and hp regen, thus your first skill, which makes you lose hp, is now more effective when chasing. Upon your death, Treant Protector uses his Overgrowth. You can clear the team if five of them are trapped inside! (:

Ezalor - The Keeper of the Light

Keeper of the Light. Chakra Magic is able to face the problem of your low mana and high manacost spells.

 

Puck - Faerie Dragon

Puck. Her ulti + your ulti = GG. Holy shit. Prepare to soar high with her ulti, Dream Coil. Run or not, the enemy will die.

 

Ish~kafel - Dark Seer

Dark Seer. Ion Shell makes opponent lose lots of hp/sec, thus enemy units is easier to kill. Vacuum effectively make you damage nearby enemies with your ulti. Surge makes you chase even faster, be it with your ulti or your first skill.

Magnus - The Magnataur

Magnataur. Empower makes you a high damage dealer. Reverse Polarity makes your ulti more effective.

Mirana Nightshade - Priestess of the Moon

Mirana. Moonlight Shadow saves his whole team when your ulti is activated. In turn, you wasted a precious ulti.

Magina - The Anti-Mage

Anti-mage. You need mana for your spells, yet you have low mana. This lad is here to burn your mana, making you seem useless.

You have a pretty high strength at early levels. But the problem is you have low mana! Stack this up and i am pretty sure you wont die so easy.

Better lane control. And makes you not that easy to kill.

 

Boots of Speed

Boots of Speed

Fast speed at early game. Who can kill you? Besides, you can kill him!

 

Late

Choose from these four orb items:

Eye of Skadi

Eye of Skadi

+25 to each stats. Increases mana pool, higher dmg and atk spd. You even have frost attack. With it, your first skill can finish off an enemy faster.

 

Stygian Desolator

Stygian Desolator

"Hail the King" has an armor reduction of 4 and alongside with this item, it will be an armor reduction of -10 ! SEEEXXXXXXXXY!

Run or chase faster. Attack faster. You can lifesteal. Nice?

While chasing, you can't seem to even lay a hit on him. With your increased movement speed upon activation of first skill, you will deal some damage on him before you reach him.

weird ulti.. You cant expect to have a good score if you plan on using it. Beyond godlike kazaam = no ulti throughout entire game. what stops this guy from killing himself constantly after buying shit just to use his ulti?Plus, The hero name reeks gayness and "kabaklaan"...

lol silence and your ulti is beyond useless LOL and if you have early game respawn (dying at lvl 6) you would be respawned before your "blizzard" was gone. and buy backs then suicide would make for spammability in the ulti when pushing base. you could have like 5 2.5k hp guys running around with cleave and +80 dmg. crazy imba. ahaha just my opinion
