Gives 10% movement speed bonus and lets you move through units. Using items or abilities cancels Phase. Lasts 6 seconds. 12 second cooldown.
Note: Movement speed bonus doesn't stack with Boots of Travel, Phase Boots, Power Treads, or Boots of Speed.

as long as your hero has a movement speed over 180, when u activate the speed bonus its faster than boots of travel :D
plus it adds damage ^^
and its cheaper ^^
only con is that u can't tele with it (which u prob don't need)

this is fun.
phase with aspd,is not too shabby.
however,i do miss the excellent armor boost the old phase provided.
nontheless,phase has some-what changed from escape tool (armor,phase) too chase(?) tool (aspd,phase).
drow could get a few nice kills with this,since the new treads wont help ANY agi heroes anymore.

yes phase boots is changed v6.63 ds is up to date
