Maim is a slow that affects both the attack speed and the movement speed.

you can turn it into S&Y... slows attack speed and movement speed... and it slow lasts 4 secs opposed to 1.4 sec stun

15% chance for -20% slow sux. i rather buy 25% chance to stun with cranium basher.
