Note: Movement speed bonus does not stack with other Eul's Scepters of Divinity.
Note: Double clicking on Eul's Scepter will automatically cast Cyclone on your hero.

ward trapping is not so hard, it can be done with voodoo or shackles (shackle/wait for some time/cast wards on the bastard)

great for ward trapping with rhasta.

use this then plant the wards, then go and disable with shackles. also if that hasn't killed the hero already then use ether shock or get a dagon and cast energy burst.

does this item removes any kind of debuffs???

if it is true, then it can save you from skills most of the time, but the drawback is the cyclone is on 'fixed point' --->> more prone to danger i guess...

p.s. 'cycloned unit' can be HOOK or some skills(forcestaff?? swap??) that are capable of doing so...(although its invulnerable)
