It is pretty good on Riki, and you can still use deso as long as its in a higher priority item slot: No main though!

uh is this item gud for rikimaru?? this freind of mine said its gud coz of main ==. i said deso is much better.. for the price of course. 4420g = 60dmg+5 armor dec. While S&Y only has like 30+ dmg increse for 5000g.. i cant decide!

If you got the maim off beforehand, Windrunner might not be as fast.

The maim works only on physical attacks so obviously it wont work in those 5 secs of 100% physical evasion
