I think this is best for ursa.
Many people find it annoying when ursa comes out of nowhere with overpower and enrage then fo WTF????

the most annoying item in all of em.... think about it, if ur try to kill or ks opponent/allied and he/she us this item and u dont want to waste ur inventory space for gem that totally annoying and hard to kill... add more stress on anybody..

I buy this item for Night Stalker for escaping and one man ambush. Basically, I look for two weak HP/ fragile heroes with no stuns or with only one stuns. I windwalk towards the one that can pose more danger to me. I attack him and I use silence on him or his teammate (depends). After I kill him, I then turn my attention towards his teammate. I then used void and attack him continuously. After he's dead, I windwalk away. Rinse and repeat.
