Here's a simple formula for usingh it on Juggernaut (Yurnero the Blade Master):

Forest Farming + WW + Blade Fury + Omnislash !

If doubtfully there still remains anything alive around! it can be followed this way:

Hunting + Chasing + WW + Hunting or Blade Fury!!!

Of course, you know how to escape if being banged

Just make sure the prey does'nt have blink ability or avatar or is not able to use them...

Can be easily countered by Wards or Gem but very helpful especially in ganks and escaping.
