You can dodje attack projectiles of ranged heroes, and spells that have a projectile with it, AS LONG AS YOUR ENEMY DOESNT HAVE TRUE SIGHT OR HE DIDNT DUST YOU

y it can dodge several spells i dont know the list exactly, but a good rule is:
single target spells are evaded
AoE spells still hit

kuroky how can u say the best item does not necessarily means that it is suitable for all heroes? for ur information the meaning of the best item is very suitable on all heroes. yeah it depends upon the player. but, someone said its the best item EVER. remember the word EVER. so he means that its suitable on all HEROES EVER.

1.make your hp low
2. wind walk
3. go near the enemy
4. sunder
5.DAGON!

you can also buy dagger instead of this.

It carves up. Everyone loves WW. Also comes in handy for crix, mag, lev etc etc
