No, its physical. So, it can be reduced by armor and reflected by Blademail.

MKB's ministun, on the other hand, is magical when its used by a melee hero and physical when used by a ranged hero(found this in PlayDota mechanics section).

And ofcourse, 2 burizas dont stack. but that doesn't make it a bad choice as it might be for other items(butterfly, or HoD).
When it comes to buriza, the 36% chance gives u incredible boost to ur dps. ofcourse before u get a 2nd buriza, u should get a bkb first. but u shouldnt get a 3rd buriza. sure u will crit 48.8% but its too expensive(for only 12% gain in chance). just get a butterfly instead. But most likely, the game should end way before this point.

Does it say anywhere that critical is an orb effect? If it doesn't, then most likely its not. For more details check out the playdota site.

Critical and feedback(diffusal) CAN stack and both of them work with images too. So, if u use PLancer, naga, or manta, both of these items will work.

Exactly! Not much of that 230 DPS you shall deal, when disables you have been dealt..

I'd rather take the bfly earlier, and a BKB on top.

If u get 2 burizas, its 36% crit. and ull be doing 700 per crit. in other words 700 every 3 attack is roughly a boost of 230 dmg every hit(not even including the 75x2=150 dmg u get from 2 burizas). so its greatly worth it. get a butterfly afterwords and ull be doing 900+ crits.

When you say diminishingly, why not just say NOT WORTH IT

Crits stack diminishingly, and the latest one takes precedence. So it does stack moderately well, but not perfectly.

Not an orb item, you can get this along with Diffusal
