theres soul booster, stack 5 or 6 of this on pudge, u dont hav to worry about ranged fighters or attack speed cos ur hook and rot will take care of that, very fun. use aegis as well if u want

Who can say no to 1000 hp? Pair this with blade mail and maybe a plate mail and you're good against melee heroes.

well duh... if ur a strength hero with natural high regen, try equippin 4 of these, Buriza/Divine rapier and PT.

4 of these on Ursa = 6Khp + insane damage from Enrage...not to mention the insane hp regen

I think this is an overall good item. If you are INT get it because you are not fragile anymore, and if tank, then still get this because you want to boost your hp more. to..."tank" more.

This is the best item for tower destruction, and essential for many int heroes.

if you want more hp you d better to take some vitality boosters.this item is actually only for str heroes.for int and agi heroes there are other items..

well not only for strength~ some low HP intel heroes get this for the increased health regen and cap... soul booster is obviously cheaper and balances out stuff, but the health regen on that is slower...

i would agree that centaur would be the best wif a heart. 2 hearts is about 4k -5k health.

str heroes only! never use for int/agi... for them platemail/vitality booster work better

Oh really? I get it on Syllabear and Silencer and they survive longer than usual to kill ppl without feeding. Couldn't have done that without +965 hp.

strength heroes r like the heroes who least need it. sure, they benefit from it loads and dont lose hp, but intel and agil heroes lack the regen and health cap. if u get centuar hearts, it would require lots of ranged heroes with high ASPD and damage with a slow/stun ability. centuar probably would be taken out first (or last dependin on heroes around him)

this is good for anyone, it makes low HP heros able to stay out longer and, tanks be more tankish. but its not effective to JUST mass hearts cause then you bad damage.

this item gives 35 damage to all strength heroes. i dont see how u find that bad damage.
If strength heroes get strength items, they get bonus damage from strength given my that item. Same applies with intelligence and agility.

This item is for survivability not just tanking. You buy this so that the denominator in the hp is higher. Then you won't die so easily LOL.

lupeman i am talking about actual DAMAGE like MBK. just massing hearts on someone is retared. you can get around 3.5 k HP with tanks with just 1 heart. you dont need 4k+ HP. this is also hard to farm. and the other team will ignor you cause you cant kill anyone.

really any hero can use this item.. For Agi and Int heroes you get the HP and Regeneration bonus and for Str heroes .. well u get 35 str and more HP XD

i didnt say i would mass hearts... I did mass hearts on Pudge, Centuar and Sven once though, but only to see how tanked up they would get. obviously against the gay 6.45 AI

i love this item especially with sand king! along with battle fury, and black king bar...

probably 5 hearts and one hood of defiance. the hood of defiance, flesh heap and 2 hearts should cancel out the damage taken from rot. which mean u could always leave rot on if u wanted to.

People say u get it for intel but Aghanim is enough. Int heroes that don't use aghanim have alright STR gain

If you give this to leviathan, he is literally un killable. Its also really cool when he fights creeps and has lv4 kracken shell. He takes no damage and he can recover quickly from nukes. I didnt die a single time today and I played all day!
