deso is usually the item that is gotten, it increases his DPS and his ult, and its super cheap compared to satanic

Satanic is great no doubt about that but if you're facing 4 disablers a heart would be better since you won't be able to lifesteal anyways and a heart gives twice as much life as a satanic.

Deso is a great orb on jugg and so is diff blade.

Does health regeneration will be disable for 8 seconds if user hit by enemy fountain? If not, i think Alchamist can go to solo fountain.

this 2% regen is good but to think dat u can no longer rely on it on actual combat kinda feels bad... dang, its 1 of my fav items
